    We hired Great Lakes Building Concepts to reside our house. We have had NOTHING but issues with the board and ****** siding that was installed on our house. This has been removed and reinstalled 3 times now. First time we were told it was a manufactured defect, then it was an install issue and ***** at Great Lakes told us we would have to pay more money to have it corrected.. the owner, *****, became involved and I told him we have reached out to an attorney and are willing to file a lawsuit because the same issue continues with the board and ****** and the board and ****** was wrongfully removed from the front of my house. ***** told us he would fix this issue and go after the manufacturer. ***** told me Wednesday September 25th, 2024 he would be out to my house to inspect the new board and ****** that was installed on my house Tuesday, September 26th.. like always no call no show. I informed ***** that the board and ****** on my house was extremely tight to the house and was starting to bubble.. crickets.. I have reached out to ***** several times and I am avoided.

    The issues with the project was a material issue with the manufacturer. It did take same time to work through the process with the manufacturer, and we understand the importance of complete each job in a timely manner we. We have replace the defective product, and the customer is satisfied.

    Company replaced all siding after a tornado in the area. I initially had some issues with the job that was done which were addressed. However, issues kept cropping up. Parts of the siding started falling off of the house, some parts were/are cut too short and showing gaps. A couple places have been fixed a couple times now and they are again/still falling off. Now there are other places falling off. When I started having all those issues I reached out to the project manager. He referred me to someone else. I've been trying to work with that person to get the siding fixed since June and now the siding looks even worse and it has yet to be fixed. At this point, there's so many parts that look to be coming off of the siding that I'm afraid all of it needs redone. I also see that the window frame and trim with aluminum sheet listed on the adjuster's notes and on the contract, but I don't believe any of those were ever replaced at all. If seems like I was simply taken advantage of, being a new homeowner, and not knowing the ins and outs of things like this. I would simply like my siding project to be finished, and finished correctly as was promised when I signed the contract. I do not want the same person/people to work on the house again as he/they have done so a couple times and I still have the same issue. If they do not want to do the job then I'd like my money back and I will find someone else to do the job.

    I am not satisfied with the job, as per my initial complaint here and photos I uploaded, the siding is still falling off of my house. I have been working with the person I was given contact info for to fix it, but he has tried to fix it twice now over the past several months and it is still falling off. I need someone qualified to do siding to fix the issue.

    I am sorry for the miscommunication and that you are experiencing this.  I was under the impression that we had made the corrections, and was unaware of the continued issues.  I will be having the installation corrected by another person asap for you.  I will also be reaching out to address any and all concerns regarding the project.  Do not hesitate to reach out to me directly, ************ with any further concerns.

    This company installed a new shingle roof on my mobile home in late October of 2021.. A shingle blew off during the winter and they came out and replaced it. The owner came out later and inspected the roof, as I had concerns, and he told me a shingle had a nail pop and that he would send someone out in the spring and fix it. So I have called the owner, *****, twice now and he says he'll send his repairman out but he never does. He never returns my calls. It seems to me he just ghosting me and never had any intention of coming out. He bragged about how honest he was for even telling me about the problem which I found very unprofessional. I might add that that put the wrong color roof on, a reddish color instead of the grey stated in the written contract. I could have made them replace the whole roof. But I told them it matches the home fine and that I'm okay with it. Now, they won't even come out and fix a bad shingle. I honestly don't understand their logic. The roof has a 15 year warranty.

    The customer was communicated with through out the process.  We have already made the repairs as we discussed, and the customer wishes to have the complaint removed.  He stated he "jumped the gun" on posting this, and would like it removed.
