            On June 29th 2022 I reserved 2 cabins and one motel room For a weekend in August. A new employee named ***** took the reservation. She called back 2 days later to tell me There was a mistake that it was already booked. I was charged $50 per cabin and motel room so a total of a $150 Deposit paid on a **** card For rooms that were not available. I never stayed there, I just want my deposit money back. They've been telling me for the past 4 months that it's being refunded. And unfortunately **** will not help me now either. Please help.

            This complaint is about misrepresentation and charging me when they were caught not telling the truth, I was told that was my problem not theirs. When we called for the reservation 4-4-22, Brentwood Lodge stated they could handle my handicap. The only problem was my wheelchair would not fit in the bathroom, everything else could be handled. This was not true. The cabin was so small, once inside with our belongings we were forced to climb over each other to be able to move. I could not use the walker because no room. Towels dirty, bathroom roll broke off wall getting tissue, no soap, dirty sink. It was late so we stayed one night. Went up to office 8:00 AM Tuesday morning 4-5-22. The management told us the issues were our problem not theirs and they refused to refund the next 4 nights that we were unable to stay, even admitting they know they are unable to accommodate, they have their money so they dot care. We were charged the full $575, instead of just one night which would have been $143.75.
