  We had purchased a rogator 854 sprayer from this dealership, they had told me the machine was going through the shop and anything wrong was going to get fixed and that it would be field ready. Upon receiving the machine we noticed that the *** receiver was missing off the machine, I contacted them and they said they would look into it, we then noticed that the display monitor would not power up. I contacted them again and all he told me is that it worked when they had it. We then attempted to use the machine and we could not get it to build any air to run the nozzles. A certified mechanic was called out to diagnose the problem. He found that the air compressor was bad, i contacted the dealer again stating we were having more problems. At this point they would no longer answer any phone calls from me only text messages. While the machine was down we sent the non working moniter into a repair place to see if they could repair it. The repair company called and said that the computer board in the moniter was bad and that they can no longer get parts for them so it was absolute, I contacted farm depot about the issue and they said they would look into the issue and potentially pay for some parts or labor. We also found more items wrong with the machine that was stated to be fixed before we picked it up but they never were. I told the dealership we would bring the machine back and take our money back. They then told me they would have a meeting and discuss the issues, Fast forward a couple days and still no answer. I texted him again and they finally sent me an email stating that they were not going to be fixing anything on the machine and that they think it's all a coincidence that this happend. I tried to call them to discuss some type of settlement but they will not answer my phone calls anymore. I told them I would just bring it back and he told me that if I bring it back they are going to charge me to fix anything wrong with it, and never even once used the machine,
