    The end of April B1 was closed. And we were told within 3weeks we would get out security deposit in a check. Which has never came. And they refuse to put it on my card.Also back in April I had problems because they gave out my information to someone. Which made my unit targeted. I went out on a few occasions and the people were out there so I couldn't gain access to the locker to get belongings out. They were aware this was a police issue. Because I called and told them. Now not only am I loosing my belongings because I can't afford these prices. Originally my monthly rate was $95 dollars and they now want $148 a month. I've been trying to reach out to them but they had to have blocked my number because I can't get anyone on the phone when I call. But if I call off a different number they pick up. I've tried reaching out to them to let them know. We had discussed me being out of the unit the end of May. But couldn't get anyone on the phone to let them know I was having issues. Now not only are they trying to keep the security deposit on the B1 locker but they are trying to have a big **** for me to get stuck with on top of me loosing my stuff. I've had that storage unit for over a year and never had any issue at all so for them to take over in April. And have to deal with all of this since is crazy. We had no warning of the storage being sold. And now they have threatened that they charge $45 in late fees monthly. That's all they want is money. Weather they are s******* over there customers or not. I was told to reach out for help because of how unprofessional this place is.

    One Stop Self Storage took over for the business formerly Northside Storage. The only information I received was a text message from this business on April 12 saying they needed my physical address and email address. So I provided this info. I never received any paperwork or any other info until I received a past due notice. I went to pay the account and was then made aware that I owed a significant amount more than I normally did. I called the business number only to find out that the rates had changed to $56 from $40 and I was assessed a late fee of $20 which was normally $5. I was appalled at this as I had never received any other info about the rates or late fees of the new business. I had to wait until I get paid to pay this larger amount. I was going to pay today when I realized I was assessed more fees. I text and ask about again if I can receive any info on the late fees. I was then told there was no official form for late fees and just given unofficial information of what had been charged in the past. I had asked to speak with a manager and told I could not as the person taking the call was a contractor. Im frustrated as Ive had this unit for a few years and never had any problems and now its been problem after problem. Please help.
