            I bought a house back in October 2022 from my mom. During the house transitioning into my name, we were looking for quotes to repair/replace the driveway. My mom's landscaper at the time provided her a number to a ******* of his that owned a concrete company. I called and talked to ***********************. ****** had a concrete company named Tarmen Services. I got ahold of ******, made an appointment with him for a free estimate. Fast forward, I agreed to go with his services mid-September for a total of $7000.00. ****** gave me a start date of October 10, 2022, to start the driveway. September 19, ****** needed a deposit of half down (which was $3500.00) to get the process started before he headed to ******* for a ********* parking lot. Once ****** received the deposit and cashed it, that was the last time I saw him face to face. The excuses and non-communicative text messages followed, meaning the driveway start date got pushed back on multiple occasions for numerous reasons. ****** could never reply with a start date or time frame of when the driveway could begin. Finally on November 9, 2022, I told ****** I would like to quit his services based on his professionalism. He kept making excuses, never replied back to text messages with useful information just "I'm sorry," so I had enough. I provided him a date to meet me at whatever location of his choosing. ****** did not reply nor confirm he received my cancellation of his services. I reached out to Fox ********************************************* which they did hoping for a refund of my deposit. I got nothing. ****** did change his social media names on his accounts, as well as blocked certain individuals. I have had other individuals that got scammed by ****** contact me through ******** messenger, in hopes ****** will stop scamming people and authorities will lend a hand. The business itself has more than one address so I apologize if I provided the wrong one. The company itself on ****** shows it is permanently closed.
