This is the 3rd year we have filed for a rebate on an annual supply of contacts and have received nothing. The process sucks and makes you go through multiple steps and once you’re done you’re told to wait weeks to receive an email to claim the rewards which never ends up coming. By the time you realize it’s too late because the promised gift cards are expire. Complete scam

The process to get the rebate after purchasing contacts is horrific. After setting up an online profile and then attaching copies of receipts from doctor as well as photos of contact lense boxes, now I being told I need to mail the exact same items into them via the mail. This makes no sense and I do not expect to receive the rebate as of now since this process just continues to go on and on and with no end in sight. If you are buying based on the rebate DO NOT! The rebate is a tactic to get you to purchase. Jumping through all of these hoops and repeatedly sending the same information via mail that has already been attached on the Accuvue website is ridiculous. Buy the product because you like it but DO NOT expect to ever get your rebate. It's a ploy and unethical practices....

I purchased a one year supply of Acuvue Oasis Multiview contact lenses in June 2023. I only reason I bought a one year supply was because of the $100 rebate available if lenses were purchased within the specified timeframe, which I did. I have since completed the online submission which was horrific as it would not allow me to upload both photos of the 8 boxes of lenses I bought or the receipt. After contacting the company and emailing them all the required documentation I received an email telling me I had to them mail the same receipt I had emailed to them to complete the process. I not only mailed them the receipt, I included a second copy of the boxes of contacts and a copy of the rebate form. I have now received another email telling me my submission has been rejected! This is a delaying tactic, hoping I will eventually give up. I will never, ever, purchase contact lenses from this unethical and dishonest organization again.

The rebate is meant to get you to buy, but it's clear they have no intention to pay it. Taking pictures of boxes, uploading receipts, going through a bunch of steps of which exact product. The receipt has to be itemized (which I didn't get an itemized receipt). Then you have to snail-mail the hard copy receipt with a stamp. Obviously the boxes with qr code could confirm everything needed, date of sale, which type of contact and that they've never paid a rebate on those exact unique boxes, but this is all to not come through with the rebate and making consumer give up. Don't buy from Acuvue, these are deceptive sales practices. And their customer service is the worst. All their answers are just from a script as if they've heard these complaints so many times that they already anticipate the pain points. I should have looked at the ** rating and moved to a different brand.

The rebate is a joke!!! They don't have the 60 days limit in the obvious place on the website. It is in a such find print and read. Horrible customer service.

I agree: :-(Misleading information on the website for current wearers. The small greyed-out font on the bottom, very hard-to-read notes that current wearers that have previously applied for a rebate get a "different amount" without specifying what that amount is. Current wearers only find out that their rebate is $100 instead of the $250 rebate after it is issued. It even showed the $250 amount after submission, which was not honored.I would not have purchased them if I only got $100 rebate. Was promised $250

I have been wearing contacts for 25 years. Acuvue has advertised for a number of years a rebate for annual contact users. Good luck trying to get a rebate! For $20.00 you need to jump through hoops with mailing the receipt 3 times and to no avail had my rebate denied!!!. Does anyone work at this company? Very bad customer service or lack thereof.

They market rebates when you purchase your lenses. Then continually deny your submission. they don't like your picture of the boxes, the receipt picture is not accepted. I have been working on a submission since July 19, 2022. It have been rejected 6 times. Final submission is required by December 31, 2022. Clearly trying to run out the clock. They require a picture of you products, a picture of your receipt, a mailed in copy of your receipt, each item has been rejected at least once.

I've been wearing Acuvue contacts since 2021; this year the 2022 tear-pad fine print indicates that for Acuvue Oasys Daily contact lens EXISTING customers, the rebate value is $250 if an annual supply purchased between 1/1/2022 and 6/30/2022. I purchase my annually supply on June 30, supplied the company with the requisite receipts. They are now claiming that I am not permitted more than $150 because I am an existing contact wearer. This is in direct contradiction to the information provided on their tear-pad for EXISTING wearers of the contact lenses. In large part I chose to continue wearing these lenses due to the rebate. $100 is a lot of money to not be returned to me in the current economic market. For a company to directly defy the information provided to their customers and then claim the customer is wrong is abhorrent. Do not believe anything they publish, because apparently they will change their minds.
