    1. Transaction date: 12/01/24 - received order 12/06.2. Total order amount: $80.97 3. Requesting to return the Birdie Mat. Value $59.99. Reason: not satisfied with product. Product has not been used.4. Reached out to the "customer service" email to request return product shipping details on 12/28/24. Then again on 1/06/25 and 1/07/25.5. Crickets! No response. I went to their web site at: ******************************* and at Contact Us, you are directed to fill out a contact form, which I did on 2 occasions. No response. There is no phone number available anywhere to speak to anyone.6. On 1/06/25, I received a strange email from: **** ****** at: ********************* This message: Thank you so much for your Birdie Golf order. We apologize but we had logistics issues that caused a delay in some orders. Because of that we are sending a free gift with your order that will both be shipped out tomorrow.7. I responded saying that I was confused with thus response. Because, I did receive the order and requested assistance to return the Birdie Mat product. No response.8. I've spent numerous hours and research trying to find someone to speak with, even the owner: **** ****** with no results.9. This is totally unacceptable. I can understand if their are weather issues or maybe some other major cause that would be the reason why no one respond. But, I don't believe this is the case here. I just want to return this item and receive a refund to my credit card.

    Thank you so much for your quick response. I understand that I have 5 days to provide you the complete address from this company that shipped me the product I'm trying to return.  Unfortunately,  I don't have the complete address either because the label was torn at the point of opening up the box. There was no packing slip either.  I have reached out to **** to provide me the complete shipping details and hope to get back to you ASAP.

    I'm so disappointed with this response. Their web site is still on line and most likely accepting orders. I have a product I need to return and it looks like I'm stuck with it. Can I ask what phone number you used to contact this company or did you reach out to that **************** email address that leads you to no where?
