My apartment complex hired the services of Team H20 Spray on 10/10-10/14 to clean the entire complex. After applying soap to the walls, they were not rinsed, or at least until clean, leaving a horrible residue on my windows, making them 10X worse. Had I known this was the level or service provided by Team H20 Spray, I would have elected to have my windows skipped. I called Monday evening, explaining the situation, and was told Id get a response within 24-48 hours. Hoping they would remedy the situation while they were on site until the 14th. I notified my leasing office, who said they spoke with the owner directly on Tuesday, and would have it fixed. I spoke with the team on site on Wednesday the 12th, who said they would walk the property and clean the windows, and didn't. They have had three follow up calls since, with no response. I would not recommend the services of Team H20 Spray.

Our Condominium Association used Team H2O Spray in 2019 and again this year (2022). We had a wonderful experience in 2019 and the siding looked great. After they were done in 2019 they did a nice job checking and spot cleaning any place where there was any dirt dripping from the siding weep/drainage holes. The dripping is to be expected. We also had no plant damage. This year our experience was not as wonderful so here is a word of caution. We experienced a strong chemical odor (bleach/chlorine like odor) that even got into our condos. Many owners had damage to plants from any over spay that landed on shrubs, garden plants and flowers. We also had drainage from weep holes. They may have spot checked but if so many areas were missed. Owners in some cases cleaned up those areas themselves if they were able to. Rain sometimes does help to clean those area. Areas too high to reach or not directly hit by rain do not get cleaned. We did contact H2O afterwards with our concerns and asked if they were using different chemicals etc. We were told someone would come out and check out the situation and get back in touch but we have not heard back from them. Our word of caution would be to cover any plants and shrubs you do not want damaged while they are spraying and cleaning the siding and do a walkthrough with them before they leave. Our siding looks nice but owners were somewhat disappointed with some of the issues this time around.
