I experienced multiple issues with my order from Michco. Initially, the company shipped the wrong product and then expected me to return it promptly. I requested tracking information for the correct item they promised to send. They failed to provide this initially and, when reminded, informed me that ***** had damaged my order. They then promised to send a replacement. However, the tracking information for this second shipment bizarrely indicated that the order traveled from Michco in Michigan to a ***** location in my city, only to be sent right back to Michco in Michigan. I sought clarification from Michco and, seeing their consistent inability to deliver the correct product, I requested a refund. There was no response from the company, prompting me to seek a refund through my credit card provider.I'm left baffled by Michco's operations and their failure to deliver. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services and will not be making any future purchases with them.Review from jean guy l

ordered a part over a month ago and haven't received it. contacted the manufacturer and was informed the part is not avaible and yet they took my order. their actions constitute fraud.

Sorry you feel that way. This supplier's parts distribution was destroyed by a tornado and they decided not to restore the part to availability, They are dealing with recovering inventory of ****** parts, production lines, and 3 months of backlog. I think the idea that we committed fraud is way over the top in this case, we are a 100 year old company and you don't get to be that old doing what you claim. When after a period of time the supplier finally makes a decision to communicate to us that at the current issues of supply chain problems they are not offering that part any longer. Right now that company is in significant disarray with parts availability knowledge and communicating. We knew as soon as you did and refunded your money. Your lack of understanding is unfortunate in this case.
