    Absolutely horrible experience. Confirmed with *************************** ********* Care Advisor) that the truck was available and was sent to Spenser (salesperson) who I Negotiated on the truck with, finalized a price and filled out credit application to then be told they sold the truck two days before.Super unprofessional bait and switch. Stay away.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. **** as explained over text and the phone, the vehicle you inquired about was sold during the process of working out a deal with you. The sales consultant called you immediately upon finding out the vehicle sold. He did not want you to make a trip from ******** to ********. We made no attempt to switch vehicles on you or inconvenience you in any way. We did not provide you with wire information, so know money was sent or received, we did not run your credit application so there were no inquiries that would have affected your credit. We are sorry that the vehicle sold that you were interested in.

    What a joke these people have had my truck since the first week of September had a blown head gasket it took them until 11/14/23 (which they did not order until l 3 weeks after I dropped it off) to get the parts for it so my truck has been just sitting there. I get a call from the manager 11/14/23 that they are set to work on my truck finally and it will be ready by Friday 11/17/23. Well, I called 11/17. 11/18, 11/20, 11/21 all to keep being told it will be ready the following day. Here it is 11/21/23 at 4:00pm and I still DO NOT HAVE MY TRUCK. I am so dam sick of these liars and dishonesty makes me sick as a customer. Do not buy a car here and have a warranty because they will let your car sit for months before it is even touched.

    The vehicle has had cylinder head bolts on back order, the parts were ordered the same day in which we have to document for the extended rental vehicle. Customer has had a rental vehicle the entire time in form service which is covered by GM and no cost to the customer. The service writer and I, ********************* , Service Manager, has been in continual contact with the customer keeping her up to date on the vehicle as things have progressed. I will reach out again today to let her know the vehicle will be done today or possibly Friday due to the holiday. Thank you for the opportunity to respond, as we strive to do best by our customers with service and communication. ************************* Service Manager

    About a year ago I went in to purchase a vehicle, I had just turned nineteen years old and was terrified of the experience of buying a car. I trusted this dealership because my dad had just purchased from them and he said they could help me. I trusted them to be honest and helpful. Little did I know Id be deceived & screwed over. After I picked up the car I was informed the original lean holder was not to going to work out and they needed to switch to a different one. Thats all I was informed of. I didnt think anything of it until I ended up totaling the vehicle months later. I have been through the most awful horrible experience since then with the paperwork. First, Feldman didnt update the paperwork when they switched me to a different lean holder so it took weeks and weeks of phone calls to my insurance because they did not have any record of me having a loan with the new lean holder. Come to find its because Feldman never updated any paperwork. Then Im thinking this whole time I had an extended warranty, turns out they took it off without letting me know when they switched lean holders. As well as I am a 19 year old girl, Im not trying to talk down on myself but when it comes to cars I had not a clue and this dealership could tell. Apparently I signed up for gap insurance. **** didnt even know what that was at the time, they didnt ask me or anything. I know to read the paperwork but like I said first time ever trying to purchase a car and I did the best I could. Least they could do is explain in detail. All they did was a brief explanation of what I was signing and where to sign. I had no idea at the time that I even signed for it or that it was optional. Just went to a different dealership for a new vehicle since mine was totaled and this time I knew what gap insurance was but even then they went into detail about it, especially the fact of it being optional. Im just so beyond upset that I was taken advantage of like this. Do better.

    I have been in contact with owner and service department. The key that came with the car I asked for a 2nd key . They said $365 and no guarantees it would work. I left the dealership and week later the car died. Had it towed and they said it's because the key that feldman gave me sent a bad message to the anti-theft device and the car stopped . The tire light came on a week later and I asked them to look at it. They said it was just low air. I got in the car after that and the light was still on. I wwnt back they said it was a bad sensor. $135 to fix. I brought it back because there was clunking going on. They said it was a rod that was loose. They offered to fix everything. When they said it was set but it wasn't fixed. Light still on. And they drove it and now a nail in tire.

    Every concern with the vehicle that has been brought to our attention with the vehicle has been addressed and repaired with no cost to the customer. The last visit with the car the vehicle had a nail in the tire in which the service department incurred the cost. Upon speaking with the customer it seems that we still have not found a good middle ground even though all the concerns with the vehicle have been addressed. At this time the vehicle is completed and waiting for the customer to pick up. ************************* Service Manager

    I tried to purchase a car and because I would not purchase their extended warranty or their gap. They refused to sell the vehicle. You should not think this company is helping you in any way. I have also reported them to GM and am hopeful GM cares about their customers enough to straighten or get rid of this dealer.
