Hi ****, you are absolutely right the house would have cost you thousands, of dollars with the leaking roof. And the sewer pipe was in bad shape Im glad you got a sewer scope. This is the only way to know the condition of the sewer system of the property. Im looking forward on inspecting the next property for you. If you are buying a house for the first time, it should be a requirement to work with **** from Commander and Chief Home Inspection. Not only was he thorough in his inspection, but took extra time to show me where the fused box was and how to operate it.
