            I returned a defective scope ,instructed JesseTruan that I did not want the same model he advised me that I could pay for an upgrade which I agreed after waiting I called back leepers on a unrelated question and talked to **** ,I wanted to purchase a different type of accessory after speaking with **** I asked him if he would mind checking on the status of my defective scope he then advised me that yes it was determined defective and he could process a replacement I advised him that I didn't want that one I wanted a different one he told me because of the pandemic and the supply chain issues the scope that I wanted to upgrade was not available and could well be not available indefinitely he persuaded me to take the original replacement which I reluctantly did a week later ***** calls me and tells me that the scope I wanted is available I find it odd and told him I would like to upgrade he said you can upgrade for $60 and I have to pay the return shipping on the one they already sent me I didn't feel comfortable with that in light of the situation he told me to get with the supervisor which i did Bo then i received an email from ***************************** saying they would not give me a return label and they would not honor the original deal that ***** had made me I have an email Trail to support all of this information not enough characters allowed in this box to attach to emails be happy to forward them in another format if that's possible?
