            I had wolverine water softener system for over 25 years! NOTE : I thought it was time to put a new one in. Wolverine came out real past to look @ the job and put a new one and the same day! Oct 23 2023. First problem ( they cut my water lines with out asking ) and put a bigger one then what I had! Problem here was when they cut the water lines they did not flush out the lines! Then I started to have issues with the tankless water heater! Problem here was when you don't flush out the system you get small particles clogging up your water heartier all because they did not take the time to flush out after they cut my copper water lines and replaced it with plastic. plugging up the filter blocking flow of the water! NOTE I have a 3 year warranty on both of the system for drinking water, the water tank bladder has gone bad NOT working again after 2 days ! I have called wolverine 5 times now regarding this matter! RESPECT to concerning this matter there is no urgency to get back with me! NOTE They will NOT give you a time or date when WOLVERINE will come out again to fix the problem. Bought 2 systems, ( 1 ) New Water Softener system and plus ( 1 ) water drinking system! if this is the kinda service I get from them I like a full refund on the water drinking system. because the don't care because they got there money and don't seem to wanna come fix there broken system! NOTE it's been over 5 days now and I don't hear a peep from this company! When I did talk to them WOLVERINE they can't or will not say when they are coming ! last time WOLVERINE did this for service they call you 2 hours before coming out without any appointment set up! is this how they do business with people? todays is Thursday sept 12 still haven't heard anything. so refund my money for the drinking water system since you don't have no urgency to come fix this system again after 2 days later!.. Refund the drinking water system because I'm sick of it always being broken. and no service getting it fixed!

            As of 9/23/2024 a service was performed and a warranty restarted as of this date. All equipment is up and working properly.
