            December 2022, my son ordered something online. It was delivered by UPS. Our driveway is 750 feet long. I guess it was too much to ask to drive the package to the house because it was tossed in our driveway, about 400ft from the house in the *****. The package was destroyed. The parts were loose and almost falling out of the box. It was my Christmas present from my son. My son called, made a complaint and was promised that it will be passed on to the crappy drivers' boss and wouldn't happen again. The following month in January, I ordered something online. It was delivered UPS. The driver AGAIN, instead of bringing it to the house, tossed it in the ***** about 500 feet from my house. We couldn't see it from the house and hardly could see it when we drove down the driveway. I called UPS. Was promised the complaint will get to the right person and that it would never happen again. Last week, my wife ordered something online. It was delivered within the last few days UPS (we don't know when because we finally saw the white package that blends in with the snow in the *****). The tracking number is 1Z 14W 560 03 **** **** . This one was tossed out by the road, about 700 feet from my house where anyone driving by could have picked it up. Obviously contacting UPS to solve a problem is too much to ask for because they don't do jack **** about it, so I won't call this time.In the 20 years that we have lived here, we have NEVER had ************ Amazon or anyone else do this. Everything from them is delivered right to our home. Why I'm filing this complaint is because not only do I want the public to understand how crappy UPS service is, but I also want fellow business owners to understand that if they use UPS, this is how they are going to treat their customers. Like dog **** After my phone call to UPS, my online business stopped using UPS and I don't plan on ever going back as my customers wouldn't appreciate the easter egg **** looking for their packages.
