They are not honest people even with their clients or employees. They fire you with no good reason at all.

I have found ATC an enjoyable place to work. I enjoy working with everyone in the office as well as the environment. Wendy is very accommodating for time off and appointments. Job expectations are a must when owning and running a business and I've had nothing but professional interactions with her and co workers.

I have enjoyed working for ATC Mid ********. I truly believe they work very hard to provide a safe, respectful, and professional work environment. I honestly hope to keep working with them for as long as possible just because I really love working with Wendy and her team.

Wendy, the Owner, took a chance on me. She accomodates when you need time off. Understands when personal things come up and need to possibly work from home. As any business owner would, she has expectations on what she expects from her employees. She asks you do your job the best you can, go to her with questions you're unsure of, continue to improve and be a team player in growing the business.

CareBuilders and ATC operate out of the same building and there has never been a more toxic work environment. Employees are berated, lied on, lied to, and sabatoged by the business owner Wendy White who is now Wendy ******, unless shes gotten a fourth divorce, as well as *********************. They are an awful tag team and very conniving women. Working here you have to beg for fair wages. They talk about their staff in a very rude and often racist and/or classist way. The two of them very intentionally make the environment high stress. Not to mention the owner also allows her sixty pound plus dog to roam around freely. It is the responsibility of her staff to keep him from eating garbage, their purses, bits of paper from on top of their desks, and their breakfast/lunch from right out of their hands. The business is small and the dog barks at everything so completing calls is an absolute nightmare. Customers walk in and are often afraid of him, so its overall unprofessional. Not to mention letting a dog outside to do its business is not something youre made aware of in your job offer. The pay, work hours, expectations and environment are all lies. Everyone who leaves the company gets a job making double with half the stress, and 9/10 leave on horrible terms. Not a good place to work. Wendy and **** are tied for the worst business owners and coworkers to exist in the *****************.
