            On October 2023 I started a monthly car wash service with the Frenchtown Monroe car wash. Each month a charge of $24.95 would be applied to my American Express. On December 17, 2023. I contacted **** the manager and told him on site that I wanted to cancel my membership, he stated that the membership would be canceled and there was nothing else I would need to do. On December 26, 2023 I was charged $24.95 again. I called **** this time and he told me that they would process a reimbursement for my charge, but never did. I contacted my American Express credit card company and they put a credit for that charge. I was again charged the $24.95 on my credit card in January 26, 2024 and again in February 25, 2024. I went to the car wash and they told me that they had a new policy that you had to contact the company through email to cancel. I sent an email which I still have saved in my phone to cancel my service. This was dated March 1, 2024. I again contacted the American Express company and they issued a block on the charge from Frenchtown Monroe car wash. They attempted to charge my credit card again this month. The reason for this email is to stop this from happening to other people. My girlfriend ***** ****** has had this happen to her in the last two months as well, she will be submitting a complaint as well. I just don’t want this happening to anybody else.
