We had anytime come out For water mitigation services when our sub pump stopped working and our basement flooded with 11 inches of water. ****** the gentleman that we have dealt with told us and insurance company 3-5 thousand would be cost for the services. We call the company sent emails contact to ****** many times to get the final ****. We received a **** shortly after the work is was done for $8200 which was completely outrageous. We were told by ****** thats not your **** dont pay that. After that we have received three different bills. We had another quote from another company to come out look at their ***************** by line look at our basement and put it into the same system. There are many disputes. Work they did not do, extra hours of work, equipment that was not used and much more. I have text messages from ****** saying that if I got a quote from another company they would match it. Since then he has only hung up on me will not speak with me about any dispute. Has also hung up on my husband told him he will not talk to him. All he is saying is that she will put a lien on our house. Completely unprofessional. We just want to pay our **** for the work that was done and nothing extra. We have Videos ,pictures so much evidence. We would like to work this out without going to court hopefully someone will get back to us that is not ****** from this company.

Mr. and ***************** were offered a preliminary estimate and there response was No we just need to get the work done. The mitigation supervisor mentioned the 3k to 5k as a reference only. The work that was performed was to IICRC standards and the estimate was prepared using Xactimate software and industry standard, The invoice came to 8k and that is what is owed however; in an attempt to assist the ******** out with the cost due to having a cap we offered to lower our invoice to $5,900 and that was not good enough. The ******** got a quote from another contractor that was not apples to apples. The scope and content are not the same for example; the debris hall away is not accurate, equipment set up and take down not accurate, water extraction should be heavy not normal due to the amount of water, equipment amount is not correct, equipment cleaning removed (do you want us to bring dirty equipment to your house?). The **** is accurate and Anytime Restoration Services has attempted to in good faith help out this homeowner by reducing our **** and that is not good enough. Our only recourse at this time is to turn the file over to our legal consul for resolution.
