            Myself and a ***** visited the ********** location yesterday, Saturday February 11th. It will be our last. I am also posting a complaint on the BBB website.First, there is no direction on how, who or what to do being your first time. We at first registered at the ** code desk/computers. Thinking we were all set we wonder around trying to find out particular event. The Rage Room. After waisting ten minutes finding it. There was no one inside the double doors. So we stood there for another ten minutes. Finally, a very young girl comes out and explains we need a printed out receipt. So, all the way back up front still no direction, trying to figure out how to get this said printout. Finally, after waiting in line for another ten minutes. We get checked in. All the way back to the room. Same said young girl says, find your size in these disgusting, old, worn out, smelly bibs. Another ***** mins past because these bibs were disgusting, no sizing and worn out. With COVID and all the nasty germs going around we had to wear these disgusting clothes. This place was a disgrace and down right NASTY! After finally finding a halfway clothing that didn't fit whatsoever and filthy, old, gross worn out clothes, boots, gloves etc. Totally unacceptable and I will file an additional complaint. Our first and LAST visit to this place.
