BM Notary Services, LLC (BMNS), incorporated in September 2023 in the State of Michigan, is committed to providing exceptional notary services to our clients. Understanding the dynamic nature of our services, we have established a clear and fair refund/exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
Refund Policy
Prepayment Refunds: As of December 2023, BMNS does not require prepayments for any services offered. However, for any prepayments made prior to this date, a full refund will be issued if the service is cancelled or not provided for any reason.Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a scheduled notary service, BMNS will issue a full refund of any prepayment made for that particular service.
Service Not Provided: In the rare event that BMNS is unable to provide the scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be entitled to a full refund of any prepayment made.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
Given the nature of notary services, BMNS does not offer an exchange policy. Each notary service is unique and tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
Payment Policy
Payment at Time of Service: As of December 2023, payment for services will be collected at the time of service. This policy ensures transparency and efficiency in our billing process.Accepted Payment Methods: BMNS accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
