    Stevens continues to ruin my garbage cans and spread garbage all around the community. They have a monopoly in our area and refuse to do anything for the customers. Just look at google reviews and BBB complaints how are they still in business? They told me if I dont have video proof of there guys breaking my cans they wont do anything. Are they going to pay for me to install CCTV?

    Good afternoon,

    I believe this customer sent an email this morning.  The email did not state an address so the reply back was asking for his address to locate his account.  I am able to supply him with one of our Toters in place of using his own cans and this would be at the same rate he pays.   As for leaving trash all over the community, this is the first I am hearing of this.   The customer can reply back with his address to get a Toter from us for his services.  As for a monopoly, we are a locally owned company and we compete with 2 National companies that own all the landfills in the area so that is false information.

    I am rejecting this response because: Offering the Toter does not replace the money lost for the trashcans already purchased. You can pay a fair price for the 3 ruined cans and I will leave them out for you to collect next trash pickup to do with what you please. The toter should have been offered to begin with instead of being nasty and saying you need video proof. As far as the monopoly goes type in my address and tell me any other pickup services available to me please I would love to choose another company. Stevens has over 200 negative google reviews its one of the worst reviewed companies in our area. There are plenty of complaints and pictures of your company spreading garbage around the community, you are either ignorant or dont care, I guess thats why you dont respond to anybody on Google. When I get home I can attach more pictures of spreading garbage since this is such new information.

    Stevens is not responsible for customer owned cans.  This customer can contact us directly with any other concerns.  As I stated he has not replied back to his own email.

    There was no resolution, company refuses to pay for their damage. If they wont answer questions or accept responsibility here what would it matter if I answer their email. They just want to be difficult and ignorant.

    ******* disposal refusing to follow contract agreement written in a community. To take marked ******* cans only. Took a non marked can out of my driveway filled with Lawn statues. Driver caught on camera taking one out and keeping for himself while disposing the rest. This can was not anywhere near the marked ******* disposal cans Manager refuses to take my call an says it was a mistake

    Good afternoon,

    The residential supervisor did correspond with this customer through email.  She had a trash can setting in the street and it was emptied in the back of the truck.  The employee did take a statue out of the can and keep it and she was told he would return it on their next pickup day but the rest was already packed in the truck and was not salvageable.   The customer should not have left the items in a trash can out on the road way on pickup day.   There is nothing else we can do for her.  She was told this by us, her community office and the police.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the community has a contract with the stevens disposal that states they are to only take stevens marked cans. They violated said contract with the community, which they are handling on their own.

    prior practice shown in surveillance where stevens did NOT take non marked cans placed directly next to the stevens disposal cans, when asked they responded with “you need to get another designated can” to which I did with the community resulting in a additional fee an another marked can.
     The community does not stand with stevens disposal as the agreement is to not take additional cans not marked as they (community) loses out on additional monies as well. 
    breach of contract. 
    The can which was NOT marked stevens disposal was NOT in the street but in my driveway as well—40+away from the stevens marked cans.
     All of this is on video surveillance. 
    An furthermore the company has been accused online more than once of disposing of items nowhere near the garbage for no reason. they seem to have high turnover an should train employees properly to assure everyone is on the same page an not violating contracts with businesses. 

    my items need to be replaced as the contract was breached

    Stevens Disposal will not do anything but make sure the one item is returned.  As this resident wants to keep saying there is an agreement.  She can contact her community office to get further contact information for the broker that this account is under.
