Last December, 2022 I leased a Grand Cherokee 4x4 from Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep. I picked it up on 12/23/22, and of course went out that evening and got stranded due to electrical component/computer module. The car wouldn't start, the windows would not work and the dashboard cluster flashed non-stop. Needless to say, this was a holiday weekend and I was unable to drive the new vehicle and had to wait until the following Tuesday to get it into service. I was unable to drive the car for several days with only 20 miles on it, and due to the holiday weekend, was unable to even speak to someone at the dealership. Then I took the car to another dealership to have the oil maintenance done and tires rotated, however this dealership was unable to rotate the tires due to they did not have a lug key and nor was there one in my vehicle. A couple of months later, I had a flat tire. I paid an additional $500 for tire service when I leased. I called the tire service, they responded very quickly however, was unable to help because lack of lug key. I then had to have the car towed to a dealership at my expense. This dealership had a master key and was able to get the tire off and fixed. I had called Fox Hills regarding the lug key, and was told by my salesperson, ******, that there should have been one in the vehicle and they could not do anything about it. I again went into Fox Hills today 12/28/23 and was told in more words or less, "not their problem as a lug key would have been provided." This was my first purchase from Fox Hills and it will be my only. I suggest purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that is willing to service even after you purchase and drive off the lot, which is NOT Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep of Plymouth.
