To ***** and **** specifically! YOU GUYS ARE TRASH. They way you run your business is quite atrocious honestly. This is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. They towed my car due to late payment on Wednesday it is now friday i called them to see if i could pick up my car because i had the money for it and they told me i wasnt allowed to come get it until Monday with no specific reason other than they didnt feel like it so i asked if i could get my belongings out of the car and they told me to make an appointment didnt even tell me how and told me i shouldve came and got my stuff the day they towed it but how am i supposed to get my stuff if i dont have a car and i told them i have 4 kids in carseats, all of my bank cards, and my drivers license is in there and I needed it for Saturday they said word for word its not my problem. I have medication in there from my daughters surgery that she needs and they wont even let me come get that. At this point ints inhumane how they treat people. This place needs to be closed down or change how they do business.

On 9/14/2022 Best Recovery Service, LLC (BSR) reposed a 2018 Traverse from ****** **************************. GM Financial required an overnight payment to release the vehicle to its owners. On 9/22/2022 payment was secured for the payment: signed, accepted for on 9/23/2022. BSR during their contract for repossession of the Traverse, denied the owners access to the vehicle, access to vital medicine. BSR, under contract failed to release child restraint seats(3). Their contracted actions contributed to the hospitalization of a child.BSR is contracted for these actions and it is those people would blindly endorse these not only morally reprehensible-but criminal actions.

Company came and towed my vehicle away for repossession even after providing documents showing payment was up to date. The man continued to say he doesn't get paid if he doesn't take the truck. I explained I don't get paid if he does he refused to call a supervisor and now I have to miss work and pay somebody to drive me out to recover my vehicle
