Referred to company by ******* as authorized repair center. They came to our home January 13 to check dishwasher leak, diagnosed problem, took $120 service charge by check (required fee for credit card) to be credited against part and final repair. Since they have not responded to **** voicemails, emails and texts from us and ******* asking whether part was ordered, status or for refund. Once someone answered and promised to look it up and respond within 30 minutes, heard nothing further. At least once a week the phone number says it was disconnected, and several times the voicemail has been full. Check was cashed. ******* unable or unwilling to help, tells us if we don't want to lose the $120 to keep waiting for American Standard. At one month+ since problem arose we are now going to try to arrange for someone else to fix the problem but want a refund of our $120 and want to warn others who are being referred by ******* or otherwise of the unresponsiveness of this company since ******* does not seem to be taking any action. We will likely pursue small claims court action if we are not otherwise able to make progress.

July 12th my fridge went out. Submitted a warrant claim through Samsung. They assigned American Standard Appliance Repair to do the work. That company came out and diagnosed my fridge as the main board being fried and said they would order a new one. I never heard anything back and only got ahold of them once and they told me they were still waiting on the part to show up and would call me when it did. I got ahold of them Thursday Sept 8th and they said the part had just come in, and since I had been waiting so long they would come out the next day. They told me they would be at my house to fix the fridge Sept 9th between 10am and 12p. They never showed up, and since then I have left voicemails and called numerous times but haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone.
