    This company showed up with the wrong product/rental and did not offer a refund or resolution. They broke a signed contract/agreement I had made with them and it took 4 days to get a manger on the phone, who was rude a spoke over me every time I talked. They were unwilling to give me a FULL refund and have forced me to seek alterative options against them.

    I was working with ******** about getting the *** Rolls ***** in black for my son prom June 7. She stated that the vehicle will be in the middle of March that she will call me to come see it. I never received a call from her I had to keep calling and I went up there still nothing. So on prom day June 7 I call ******** to make sure that the car will be here at the right time she never responded. Now a few hours went down and Nadar called and said that he try calling on 6/6 to tell me that the car wasnt safe to drive and they was going to give me $300 and a white phantom rolls *****. I was very upset cause they waited to the day of the event to change everything. So I agree to that. We was suppose to have the driver from 5:30-1:30. At 10:00 my son called me to say the driver said hes not moving the car until he get paid. We had NO clue what he was talking about. So I called Nadar back he said it is a $25 an hour fee for drivers. ******** Never told me this. I was working at the i give the driver Nadar to call he said I dont No him and never call. The driver left my son and his date at the prom. My son had to pay for Lyft to send his date home. The next day I called and spoke *** the owner I never received my $300 at this time. He apologize and said I will give you $500 back. The original vehicle I wanted was for $1850 but the we got was $1500. I had a balance of $50 so they waived that and was going give $300. So I had to keep calling to get my money the run around is it got. So I went up there Nadar give me $500 in cash. I feel this company should be renting vehicle out. Poor customer service and driver was very disrespectful to my son and his date. I want all my money$1300 plus the Lyft $30 back from this company. And ******** text me that morning to apologize and stated that shes NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY CAUSE OF ETHICAL PRACTICES. She stated that whatever the owners are doing she was worry about being shot while at work. They give my son a night to remembe
