Shopify and E-Com a few months ago, I saw an advertisement that is still going on today on the social media platforms. It arrived in the form of a contract. There was an Offer, Acceptance and Consideration. My paying for the Offer meant that I accepted your Offer which to me doesn't hold water. I have tried to work it out with Shopify.com and their platform for stores partner E-com since I purchased this Offer in July 2024 and they have tried to focus my attention on signing in. Today is September 23, 2024, and I have NOT been granted permission to enter the site to at least see what I purchased. - I paid $97 to receive the over 100 Products-Stores. They provided me, during a period of 2 months, *********** *********** *** *********** and neither allowed me to get passed the log-in module and am stuck at the SWITCH Modular but then can't go any further. I waited and waited and waited for them to get it together - I was excited to make money during the holidays so i never requested a refund. But I should be just compensated for my initial payment and having to wait 2 months and still nothing and no hope in sight. They took my money and held it for 2 months so I want to be just compensated - Should be around $3,000.00's. You sent me approximately 8 or nine representatives and a few of them blamed it on me and indicated that I should reset my computer and try it again - I followed those instructions and still to n0 avail because they knew that they were sending me into a dark area. The thing that gets me is that I keep receiving advertising daily from Shopify.com and E-Com regarding how much money some folk has taken in. My Question, Who do you know that can provide a 'weblink' to the Shopify.com/E-com store ? Probably No ONE ! So I decided to make this complaint on 9-23-24 because both companies breach their promise and or failed to abide by the offered contract and secondly, via of purported deception for over 60 days.

Shopify is a scam! I warn everyone to find a better platform with an actual customer service number and live agents. They will take your money and refuse to refund you! They took my money after I deactivated the store that I never even started, told me they were going to refund me and then said they were not! I suggest anyone who has had an issue to make a complaint with the BBB and any other organization that handles these questionable practices! Go look up the reviews there are tons of similar complaints. I wish I had done my homework before signing up for a trial

Shopify, sold my domain to a "broker" who now wants $6,000 *********** domain. Chopify works with these "information brokers" and sells your information to the highest bidder. Chopify is nothing but a leech of a company that ***** the blood out of small business owners. BTW, best of luck reaching a real person in customer service. I tried for months with no success. Thieves!! the entire company!!I used a different platform and it's been smooth. Still can't get anyone to help get back what was stolen from me. Shopify sells your information.....Don't do it. There are other platforms that are honest and forthright, Chopify just happens to NOT be one of those.
