We purchased our home in late 2022. We were told by the builders there was no hoa, then we receive an $800 bill for *** fees from beacon (postmarked after the due date). So we did have an ***, and we figured we did because *** documents were included at closing and we payed a few hundred dollars then. We were scheduled to have a meeting. Homeowners were sent the wrong information for the meeting and no meeting occurred. Meeting finally happened, *** refused to address any concerns. We later received an additional bill, yet again postmarked after it was said to be due for sewage. They say everyone signed during closing but not one homeowner can find a copy of this document. The bill is $70 per month for sewage. I called immediately requesting information. No response. Left messages, no response. We were scheduled for another meeting on June 29, homeowners never received the info to join and company was inaccessible regarding this. Another meeting was scheduled for today. We received an email this morning it was moved to August 23. Then we received an email threatening if we didnt pay the sewage fees they would turn off our water on June 24th. 1) its July and 2) we pay our water bill to Bartow county. The *** company has been completely unreachable, cannot explain any of the charges, does not manage our neighborhood by enforcing anything. There has been a work order in to replace broken windows since May that has yet to be repaired. Homes have had shoulder high weeds in their yards, there are cars parked everywhere in the roads, basketball goals in the road, no streetlights even installed although we were told theyd be turned on 2 weeks after the first (and only) meeting. They have done nothing but threaten and charge money, but have nothing to offer our community and are completely inaccessible.

I would like to reopen my earlier complaint. The business has not followed the agreement made to the BBB as previously stated. Documents were provided to resolve an issue, this has not been resolved, the business is non-responsive to me, the business has stopped providing communication to me although it is providing communication to other owners.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
