On 9/15/23 I purchased a pizza from Jets Pizza at the Naples Park location (******************. ******* *****). I ordered the ***** Popcorn chicken pizza that is advertised on TV minus the Ranch dressing; I was subsequently charged a total of ***** for this item. I contacted the corperate customer sevice and they told me they notified the location 3x but got no reply from them. The customer sevice rep ******** informed me that there is nothing that can be done about this matter because each franchise is seperatly owned and opperated and they are not responding (nice little set-up...) This is not the first time I feel that there have been charging discrepancies concerning Jets Pizza- it is the first time that I am making a complaint.Thier corperate office Ph. ************.

On March 26th I ordered from Jet's Pizza at ************************************************* via DoorDash. My order I received was fully incorrect and so I called the (self-titled) "General Manager" at phone number: **************. He provided a coupon and assured me the new/correct order would be delivered. I reminded him to include all items in the order and he rudely cut me off and said all items would be included. After nearly 2 hours from the time of the original order a second delivery was made - again the order was incorrect with items missing. I then called the same person and he said he would provide a minimal refund for the missing items (i.e. $2-3). I asked that he consider a larger refund given the length of time to delivery and the fact that the order was incorrect twice over (despite my mentioning of additional items). He deflected responsibility entirely and claimed he was not in the store so he cannot be responsible for the incorrect/missing items. He then refused to provide any discount and hung up the phone on me. I have no course of action through DoorDash as Jet's Pizza refuses to participate with the platform's customer service so I am left with this being my only course of action. I would like a full refund on my order (to the order of $31.19) given that 1) customer service was extremely poor with the Jet's "manager" hanging up; 2) the order was very late (again around 2 hours when ETA was listed as 20 minutes; 3) the order was incorrectly executed twice (despite my reminding of what should be included).

I placed an online order on Feb. 20th pick up at 9:22pm I was a couple minutes early so I did not mind waiting. She said give us a few we just have to make your salad. I was fine with that. I got home with my order at 9:36 (per time stamp on photo). I had the wrong salad. I immediately called. The first time they answered and immediately stated we are closed and hung up. Call 2 they did not answer after several rings. Call 3 they answered again and tried to dismiss me again but I interrupted and let them know I had the wrong salad. He said let me get the manager. He came back and asked what was wrong. I told him I ordered a Greek salad and received the antipasto. When he returned to the phone he said oh yeah we have your salad here. You can come pick it up or be credited. I declined the pick up since it was so late. I asked what credited meant? Credit my card or a new salad. He said the manager would make that decision when she finished what she was doing. She would get back with me. Here it is over 3 weeks later and I never heard back from anyone and my card has not been credited. I have family that works for Jets and have ordered from this particular location many many times. This is unacceptable!! I am reaching out to you since they are of no help. Please help me resolve this issue. I have waited over 3 weeks which I feel is more than enough time for any credit to clear.I subsequently emailed the statement above to the corporate location (sterling Heights) on March 8th. I have heard nothing.I do have screenshots with time and date of the wrong ************* and a witness to the call made.

Hello I order a ** style 6 pc. pizza with ground beef, mushrooms and green peppers on March 01,2023 at approximately 9:00 pm for pick up and was informed that the pizza would be ready at 9:21 pm. Upon my arrival I found that the pizza was **** warm, cheese overcooked, and all the ingredients were bunched toward the middle of the pizza. The ingredients was sparsely visible. I called and ask for the manager and **** stated that he was that person. And could not do anything about it. Even though he made a horrible pizza. Blaming door dash for the faulty job that he did. I would like to be made whole and a refund for my money for the terrible service.

Have a coupon for a $10.99 pizza that has not expired. Called Jet's Pizza and ordered a pizza and told them about coupon. Also said that in the fine print it said "online order". Was told, "that's OK. Just come down and pick it up and we'll honor the coupon." Drove there in the rain. The manager tried to charge me $18.99... almost twice the amount. He said that he wouldn't honor coupon even tho' I was told on the phone it was OK. He lost his temper and pounded the counter. Got so angry when I showed him the coupon that I thought he would hit me. Then he threw me out of the store. I called the police. Police came. Said it wasn't a crime since he didn't hit me, but that the manager was wrong and they'd talk to him. I suspect a scam to get customers to drive the distance for a pickup and then try to charge them much more. I refused the pizza. The "manager" if that was truly the manager (I doubt it. No one else in store.) totally lost it: pounding the counter, yelling, threatening me. Now I'm worried that if I ever order a pizza there again, he'll spit on it first.
