There was a 89 ************** fee the guy came and told me what the issue was. I said well I'll just get a new furnace. So he was rescheduling me for a new furnace quote and upon leaving not only did he want the 89 Dollars but a 95 Dollar fee for being at my house a extra 15 minutes ..I said No!! I'm only supposed to give u 89 he said I was here a extra 15 minutes so we called the office and the lady said well u owe him a extra 95 Dollars I said for what because we discussed 89 Dollars only.they said because he was there a extra 15 minutes.. but yet he was in the car majority of the time smoking a cigarette not in my house that's really where the time went .I also have it on camera for how long he was sitting there. Nor was a 95 Dollar fee ever discussed! This is classless and a scam especially for hard working single mothers.

Single moms-Fear Not! We have been in business for over ****************************************************** business. Unfortunately, there was a mis-communication. The additional $95 was for our service tech removing the frozen motor, oiling it to get a little more life out of it and more importantly to get your heat back on. Removing and re-installing the inducer motor is considered a repair that is chargeable. Simple as that. The additional time to locate a new motor and give you options was not charged to you. Only the temporary repair of your current motor was charged to you. Sorry you feel this way and I believe youre confused a bit on the way this happened. When you made the appointment, you were informed of the fee to come out and then after the tech got his eyes on it, he would let you know how much the repair would be. He was able to get it working for now and spent the next hour trying to locate the least expensive replacement to give you options for repair. You were charged the lowest flat rate for the repair. We are glad that your heat is working and it is unfortunate that you dont feel what we did was worth what you paid.
