A lesson on rocks… I work hard. I’ve built a successful business. I’m proud of my family and my accomplishments, and this truck. I’m rock solid. Purchased new off the lot at Williams Chevrolet in Traverse City, this truck serves as a daily reminder that hard work, integrity, quality work, and dedication to customers will carry you to the finish line. In less than three years of owning this victory red chariot, I returned to Williams Chevy service knowing the valve body was bad—but what I was sold instead was a new transmission. “If anything goes wrong, we’ll fix it just bring it back”. Now, only a few short months later, the truck again needs a new transmission—according to service and they will not honor their word. As a business owner myself, your word and workmanship is your business card. Well, as you can imagine, the notoriously poor service at Williams Chevrolet has proven that integrity and respect for their customers is not a beacon of their business model. Rather than being men of dignity, the team at Williams is driven by greed, ego, piss poor craftsmanship, and frankly a dangerous combination of lazy and stupid. Let me be clear, this is an experience of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, not a truck built by a wonderful American company Chevrolet. It’s no secret that in Traverse City Michigan, Williams Chevrolet is known to be the bottom of the barrel in the way of quality experience, something I took into consideration—for such a beautiful vehicle—but it’s clear to me that tolerance and integrity do not go hand in hand. If you’ve experienced this companies abysmal service, please share this post and comment below…Chevrolet this company sinks your brand, “like a rock”.

Last May or June 2023, My boyfriend and I were looking for a vehicle. Walked in, did the paper work, they turned us down for what we wanted, so we said no thank you to the Buick, and that's when the calls started, 1-2 times a day to each of our phones, and then sending mail to our families houses, which I never lived at, I didn't even know the addresses, so how they found them was beyond me. And continued to bribe and harass us into becoming customers. This went on for 3-4 months straight, almost broke our family up because they wanted it to stop, and Williams was relentless.... Very poor customer service, and harassment is not a way to get more business.....

More than 1 year ago began my journey with Williams Chevrolet service to fix my then 7 year old work truck. Being a diesel I had limited options for repairs so I took to Williams to diagnose truck going into limp mode for an accelerator pedal code. 2 bcms and an accelerator pedal later truck was fixed. Drove truck for less then a month and put maybe 200 miles on it before truck would not even start. Took back to Williams. 8 Months dragged on and parts including 2 hp fuel pumps and all 8 injectors replaced. Total almost $12,000. Truck was fixed. Drove truck home instantly went into limp mode. Same problem as previous summer. Accelerator pedal code. Took to Williams and they swapped pedal again. Truck was fixed. Picked up truck. Drove 50 miles and went back into limp mode. Took to Williams again. Explained to them 1 year later it is obvious they are not qualified to repair a now 8 year old truck that overall is in nice condition. I attached photos. I was told then that they didnt have time to fix it. I requested that upper Managment or owner get involved and a refund should be given as 1 year later and almost $20,000 in repairs done I have a non working truck going down in value every day. I gave a 3 day deadline to get back with me on options including possibly trading in truck. No response was given. Now i have no choice but to take them to court to resolve this as obviously they dont care.

Bought an SUV there a month and a half ago. I understand that this is a buy as is company. However, I was told the car was in perfect condition; that there was nothing wrong with it. The test drive was fine from what I can tell (as I know nothing about cars). After a month of owning this car, not putting many miles on it, the breaks started to sound off to me. Got it checked out and the breaks are so worn out that they are grinding. That to me is not good condition. They don’t seem to check out their cars before selling them… or they do and they just hide the bad stuff from you. I called, spoke with a man named Jordan, and tried to see if they would help me out. Seeing how I’ve barely had the car and this shouldn’t have happened. He said he couldn’t do anything and then later said he could fix them as the same price I was already getting them fixed for in the city I live in. He said he was helping and I said that isn’t help, all while he was snickering/laughing under his breath. I asked him if he was really laughing in this situation which he denied. So now after getting a big loan out to buy this car, I have to get another loan out now to fix this new to me car, just so I can drive it without causing more damage to the vehicle. When buying a car I expect to actually drive it for more than a month without problems.

At the time of delivery and after a test drive in which there were no complaints from Mr *****, we delivered the 2019 Subaru Crosstrak with miles of 55271.   we delivered on April 1str and received the call regarding the brakes on or about May 11th.  At that time our sales manager, Jordan Taylor, explained that we would not replace the brakes but could offer the brake repairs at internal pricing and help with the fuel to get to the dealership.  Mr. Radycki-Alvarado refused stating that the dealership did not deserve the money for the repairs.
Thank you for your time - please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

Anyone have a positive experience dealing with Williams Chevrolet?! They are a bunch of no-nothing clowns who get off by passing the buck and claiming zero accountability for their abysmal customer service! It is UNREAL what my family and I were put through this weekend and I want to know if thats the norm because it was truly appalling. How are these incompetent fools still in business?!
