  12/15/24. Aggressively approached by salesperson at mall kiosk who pulled my glasses off and was applying cream to my aged face before I knew what was happening. I did buy some overpriced cream from her (not under dispute) , but she then said I was entitled to a free laser treatment worth $500 at their *********** based spa in the mall. She walked me down to the spa and introduced me to a skin expert from *********** who would do my treatment, ***. Well, he did do a partial treatment on one side of my face, but his real goal was to sell me a blue and red light laser. He basically told me that the signs of aging I was experiencing (age discrimination since I am 64) could be corrected without surgery by using these lights and creams. He was very aggressive and condescending, and I felt very uncomfortable and pressured. He was a fast-talker and offered me a great deal on the lights and creams, discounted from $20,000 to $3650 if I would stay in touch with him and send him photos of my progress. He proceeded to show me testimonials and photos on his phone of all of the success stories, if course without any context or proof that they were talking about these products. I told him I would like to go home to talk to my husband about it, and he became even more condescending and said something about being a professional woman and being able to make my own decisions. Under duress I gave him my credit card and he returned with products and a receipt tucked away in a sealed envelope. I contacted the bank the next morning to stop payment, but the said they could not. They told me I could file a dispute when it posted, which I did. I contacted *** the skin expert on 12/16 and 12/17 regarding my feelings and my wish to be given a refund, which he said he could not do. This is a bait and switch, scamming company who makes sales by intimidating and belittling their customers. Please help!
