            Failed to return 100% of fully refundable deposit. Two weeks ago I called and they sent the check to the wrong; or so they say. They issued another check to the correct address less $200; $4800 they owe us $5000. Their check could not be cashed; *************** said the account was frozen. Spoke with customer service yesturday and left a message with the executive offices. Nobody has reached out. The accounts payable ***** mailbox is full; cannot leave message.

            Tried to reach the *** for my home. No response. The marriage line was not put on correctly which caused leaking. On the ceiling down a wall. The marriage line is coming apart. Paid to have the roof tarped so there wouldnt be anymore damage. Storm door was not put on correctly door does not close. A whole new frame needs to be put on. Lots of problems with this home. The person who tarped my roof saw how it was not put on properly. I cant get a response from the company. Windows leaked had a coupled fixed and now more leaking in the other windows. I have video and photos of the damage.

            This company dose not care about their workers at all and allowed them to be harassed and then wrongfully terminated. Their employees risked their lives to make it to the claysburg location today January 9th due to the snow and one of their employees wrecked their car on the way to work and they fired him but didnt give a reason why. One of their employees died on the way to work because they were struck by a car and they didnt seem to care. My husband worked for this company for almost 5 years and he gets fired over wrecking his car?? He was being harassed after the accident in the job sight and when he got upset and told the guy to leave him alone he was fired and not the person who was harassing my husband. Also I see razor blades all over the floor and they violate OSHA all the time Ive seen it with my own eyes and have people to back that up that work there. Also if they were to do a random drug test that whole plant wouldnt be running because they would have to fire almost everyone for drugs. Ive seen people shooting up in the parking lot myself. Also saw an OD in the parking lot too a worker. They fired a person whos been dedicated to this company for 5 years for no reason and to have no compassion for him wrecking his car is unreal. I filed with osha as well as talked to corp about this situation. Champion home builders is a horrible company to work for ESPECIALLY the one in claysburg. The head boss ******************* told my husband to stop being a cry baby and **** the other boss is the one who started the harassment. I would like them to be terminated instead. Do a surprise visit and I bet youll see it all. Hang out in the parking lot for the day and youll see too. Do a surprise drug test and youll see it.
