******* and his colleague were quiet, friendly and courteous. They installed my living room and hallway carpet in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards and placed all the furniture as I asked them to. I would highly recommend The Carpet Guys.

I purchased carpet in February in excess of ******* and its worn out already in spots and it not even a year old. I was not even close out material!!! Im pretty angry about this.The Carpet Guys Response

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your flooring. The flooring you chose for your home was an entry level carpet which may have a shorter life span than some other carpets of higher quality and density. That particular flooring may not be the best choice with pets. Upon inspection of your flooring we found it to be worn looking in high traffic areas and wet with some sort of substance which may be the cause of the wear or had caused it to wear sooner. We filed a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf but because of the poor condition, they denied the claim. We are so sorry we could not turn your negative into a positive and hope we can help you in the future with better quality of flooring that meets your needs.Review from Al A

I will never use carpet guys again. It hasnt even been a year and my carpet is ripping at the seams. I paid $4500 plus move my own furniture and tore out my old carpet. I am very disappointed. I am not a person that ever leaves reviews, but I feel It is important for those who need carpet to look elsewhere. Please read all reviews and notice carpet guys leave comments for those who are leaving nice reviews. Dont get me wrong it was beautiful at first but I really feel 4500 for carpet should last a lot longer. I am so upset how it is wearing. Please please please look elsewhere for carpet installation.The Carpet Guys Response

Absolute disappointment. I hired The Carpet Guys three weeks ago to install laminate wood flooring. At the time of the estimate I was extremely happy and really excited to get my floors. We discussed that I needed to have asbestos abated and looked under the existing carpet. Although I was leaving for vacation I was able to organize neighbors to let them in. While on vacation I received a call during installation that they started the job and it wasn't going to work out because they needed $3700 worth of floor prep that wasn't in the estimate nor ordered. At the time of the call I was told I needed to pay that or pay a restocking fee of $1500. I was boarding a plane and beyond upset. Instead of offering to cover half of the $3700 (which is basically the restocking fee), I was only given the two options previously mentioned. I was not charged the $1500 but I had to come home to trashed floors and no plan in site. Terrible communication through the beginning of the process also, but it's too long to explain. You would think that a business that has been established for such a long time, would know how to estimate a simple job. ZERO EFFORT to make it work out for me.Review from Marsha B

This company is absolutely amazing. Several communications during the wait, delivery and install of flooring. These folks from the managers, to the office staff and installer are so professional and caring. I purchase flooring for my mother who is slightly disabled and the care these folks gave to her was simply priceless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional bunch of folks, quality products, and the desire to provide A+ service. These folks are FANTASTICThe Carpet Guys Response

Great company to do business with. Anting arraigned on time and spent as much time to assist my wife and I in making our decision on carpet choice. The office staff called to confirm the appointment for installation.Our installers were on time on went right to work and didnt stop until the job was done. During installation, a Field Manager stopped by to make sure everything was being completed as promised. On top of that, I received a phone call from another manager to check again to see if everything was completed.
