Mills originally replaced our roof 2022. This year, an issue occurred due to an incorrect installation in one area of the roof. A miscommunication occurred between ************************* however once this was corrected, Mills acted immediately to fix the problem. **** ***** at Mills was fantastic! Once he became involved, our concerns were addressed quickly, thoroughly and resolved to our complete satisfaction. **** is a true reflection of what ******************************* should be. His help was invaluable in resolving our situation. Many contractors may not have risen to this level of responsibility so based on this and our previous experience with Mills, particularly with **** ****** involvement, recommend Mills for any roofing repairs/replacements.Review from Thomas W

It was a pleasure to deal with our salesman, ******. He was very courteous and always kept us updated with the status of our roofing job. In addition, he was most helpful when we were in the process of selecting shingle colors and gutter colors. The roofing job was completed quickly and final inspected by a supervisor after the job was completed. We highly recommend Mills based on our very positive experience.Review from Rudi S

Mills replace my roof this summer. While the overall project was well done and they did a good job - there is still one outstanding issue. They damaged some of the wood on my roof and still have not come back to fix it. Unfortunately, I paid the last amount and since then it's been a near impossible task for me to get them to come back. When they did finally contact me - we agreed to just paint the wood that's exposed and they agreed - yet still no progress almost 5 months later. So if you go with Mills DO NOT pay the final amount till you're 100% satisfied.Review from Vanessa P

We are very happy with our new roof. tu and ****** were very professional and they kept us informed about the process and the next steps. The job lasted about 2 days and a half, we have a large roof. 2 days before the job started, we had a dumpster in our driveway. The crew, about 10 people, arrived as scheduled and worked all day. Once they finished they cleaned everything and the dumpster was picked up 2 days after. Although the work implies some noise, workers were careful with our property and left everything as it was before. Very satisfied with the job and the service from the company. I will definitely recommend to anyone.Review from Denise F

I called Mills Siding and Roofing in April and promptly received a call from ******. I was very impressed with his down to earth, low pressure, professional approach. ****** was very patient and thorough explaining every detail in there process. He determined that my house and garage had extensive hail damage and that it could be put through my insurance. ****** worked very closely with my insurance company, including being at my home for my insurance adjusters appointment. Because of this coordination, financially, all I had to pay was my deductible. We recently had our roof replaced by Mills Roofing and Siding. We worked with ****** ********* during the entire process and he was excellent to work with. He came to inspect our roof and found we had hail damage to both our home and shed. ****** was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and pointed out all of the areas of hail damage he had found. He brought shingle samples to our home and assisted with color choice. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The workers did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. The entire roof job on our home and shed was completed in one day. Mills took care of the paperwork to submit to our insurance company and ****** personally picked up the checks. Thank you ****** and Mills for the new roof! I would definitely recommend Mills Roofing and Siding to anyone needing work done.Review from Lesley Q

*******************************, with Mills Siding and Roofing, did an excellent job helping guide us through the process of getting our roof approved through our insurance company. ****** was available to answer any questions and made the process easy! I would, and have, highly recommended ****** to my neighbors, friends and family.
