I requested an estimate from these guys, the guy came out took the estimate before he walks out the door. He says I forgot to ask you to sign this. My ringdoorbell catches him three days later someone comes knocking at my door stating that I need I was going to get my floors done. I told him I was no longer interested, and then the company reaches out to me and tells me that I signed the contract whichI didn’t know that’s what I was signing. I wasn’t aware of what I was signing and says that they can charge me 20% and thenthe guy begins to try to bully me into getting the floors. I states to him that I will go on Google and give them a review and he states to me that he’s taking a photo in my photosays that I was satisfied yes when they come out for estimates they take photos which photos are used for fraudulent reasons. This man was trying bully me into letting him do my Floors. You have a young man who has people signing forms and not letting them know they have just signed their selves into a contract theway they go about getting customers is terrible very unprofessional even the way he called me back was very unprofessional.

Cheap materals inexperience labor and high prices. I'm a senior on an limited income who made a huge mistake picking this company.

On July 11th, a sales representative never said I was signing a contract. Asked me to "sign here" but did not state it was a contract nor that there was a rescission period. I have a camera in my home that shows and hears me stating that I was not pulling the trigger on anything until I talk with my wife and when I get my other quotes. I never provided a card, but he asked if I agreed to the pricing which I did - it was a good price for the first one. I was also never told there was a rescission period before I could cancel. The rep made it sound like I was signing an application for financing. Upon receiving other quotes I called the company back only to be told by some "manager" that I signed a contract and that I had 3 days to cancel at which because it was passed that I owed 20% of the balance. Mind you, I never received said contract until the 3:30pm on july 15th only because I had called 2 different times to inquire about the financing that I thought I was applying for, not a contract. Needless to say, the sales and company is a scam. The person never tells you what you are signing or discloses a rescission. I work in the mortgage industry and disclosure is EVERYTHING - and explaining to your clients is EVERYTHING. Glad I didn't give me card because I'm sure they would be charging it. I asked the guy on the phone if I could speak with a manager and he said he was the manager and i was welcome to speak with someone else, but ultimately he would be the person I would deal with. I told him I would have no problem getting an attorney involved at which he also stated I would be paying for theirs too and that I signed a contract, it says it right at the top. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM! They also sell 8 mil flooring which is cheap product that will wear down in the matter of years! They do not explain any of this to you, only that they have a ******* guarantee".

We had a problem we with in and out floors. It was solved by **** the sales manager. ***** and *** were terrible to deal with. Our floors are beautiful but we do o think we deserve money back for all the aggravation. If dealing with this company I would suggest you deal with **** the sales manager. Our floors do look beautiful and the installers did s great job.***** and how need to learn how to talk to people and if you are wrong you need to acknowledge that to your customer. The customer is not always right but it was proven by there own o we ople how terrible it looked till it was fixed. ***** and *** did not care how it looked and have not called me to say sorry or offered me money back. Sorry **** this is the best I could do.

I am rating this company 1 star because there is not an option to select 0 stars. My wife and I contacted In and Out Floors to do majority of our floors on the upper portion of our condo. We decided to start with just the laundry room because it was a smallest room and we wanted to make sure we liked the color we both selected. One of our major concerns was that we had to demo ceramic tile. After multiple consultations, we were told that we must demo the ceramic tile because it would not be right if we didn't. When the installers arrived, they demolished the tile, but never LEVELED the floors before installing the new floors! As a result, we now have a laundry that is on a slant because we need a subfloor installed. They should have never installed the new floors with unleveled floors. They are the experts! We called and complained but they have not got back in touch with us. After 2 months, we finally were able to get in contact with them and they want us to pay more money to fix the job and said it wasnt their fault. The new cost is almost as much as the first job! For a tiny room we have now spent almost $3,000 if we agree to the new price. Were so upset and frustrated by this. We arent going to move forward with the rest of the condo because they havent rectified the current issue. We were trying to give them a chance but this conduct is unacceptable. This company has the worst customer service and poor communication. They sell you a dream but deliver a nightmare. Be careful selecting this company.

Incredibly poor-quality company. Save yourself time and misery and choose another flooring contractor or learn more about the project and do it yourself. Not only was our vinyl flooring project itself low quality, but they will not bear any responsibility for the state of your home during the project. Be sure to read all of the contract before signing, and DO NOT take any verbal commitments from them as true. Be prepared to take photos at every step of the process to cover yourself in the event of poor-quality installation.We hired In and out to complete approx. 175 sq feet of vinyl including demolition of the existing carpet and tile. It took them four visits to our home to complete the project and it is not at all to our satisfaction. Our salesperson showed one quality of tile under the "Smart Choice" name and then sold us another lower quality tile. Installers created a layer of concrete dust in our home because they did not do any sort of dust mitigation. First attempt at laying the floor saw about 75sq feet of warped and separating vinyl with no sub-floor leveling - even though "material is included", second visit was purely to debate issues with floor, third visit was to tear up half the floor and level sub-floor - this step was done poorly because there were still hollow points and large gaps between walls and where the floor started, fourth visit was to fix some, but not all of the issues. This has cost us enough time that my wife and I could have completed the job ourselves for less than half the cost.We ultimately decided to stop working with In and Out for service because it was cheaper and easier to install our own molding and finish up the fixes rather than micromanage a company that specializes in flooring. I will say it again. Working with this company is not worth your time, there are many other talented and honest companies who will treat you right and provide a good product. Skip these guys.

I have written a couple of reviews to the better Business bureau in regards to this company. I had a dining room floor installed in 2022, the Day of service was unbelievable because they had the wrong floor with them, left my home two times because the first time it was the wrong floor the second time they didn't have enough flooring!When I signed the contract I specifically told the gentleman in regards to my marble table, because it was over 6 ft long it would take extra installers to move the table. The two installers moved the table and now it is cracked! Because the table is marble, the crack is running all the way through the table to the other side. The company refuses to settle or replace my table, I try taking them to small claims court, they got an attorney dismiss that case and put it in zoom Court. So, now I am waiting for another court date. I will not give up, this company has poor service, and is playing me along as long as they can thinking I will just forget it. I am passing this on to anyone who has used this company and has a complaint, do not give up take them to court! I am a senior citizen and feel that I have been taken by them!
