    Damage $8,000 hardwood floor destroyed the bedroom clock left it on the floor in pieces rude nasty delivery men came to the door with mud all over their feet when I complained they said would you like me to take it back out put it on the truck and leave the choice I complained or twice they threaten to take it back ask him his name three times replied in a very nasty tone of voice what's your name would not give me his name hey don't be fooled by the way the store looks on the inside getting your stuff there is the main thing good luck

    Disappointed in their customer service I bought a sectional ended up being overwhelming in the living room. I wanted to exchange but was told the warranty on the original would not transfer and I would have to buy again for the new purchase. Then the “restocking” fee of 25% is terrible customer service and other furniture place does not have that (I’ve asked) not only is it terrible it’s just not on the merchandise price. It is on the TOTAL meaning tax , deliver, and yes the warranty. It ends up being almost half the amount of the sectional. TERRIBLE I said no to the exchange and said juts return. Was scheduled for after 4p hit my window changed 3 times that night with no contact number to call 1- 7p-10p 2- then to 11p 3- 1230a I went to bed as that is ridiculous Got a call at 1235am driver apologizing but had one more stop before me. I said absolutely not I will reschedule I called Corp and they didn’t say much about driver calling at 1235am And would not even consider dropping or discounting the restocking fee. This is such a shame and not that they care but I would never step foot or have anyone I know shop there.

    Where do I start first of all let me state that they do not honor their warranty on their Furniture. I purchased a living room set in June of 2022.After one week I notice that there were some irregularity with the furniture. I contacted them to come out to inspect and they reported that the irregularity was normal there were gapping in the back of the sofa and Love seat the arm rest on the love seat was somewhat detaching from the base And again that was okay. Gardner White Technician in my opinion are not subject matter expert . Fast forward after they have been out several times I Later found out from the manufacturer of this furniture that Gardner white discontinued this item because it was poorly made , and I currently still paying on this furniture that looks 10 years old. keep in mind that this was purchased for my mother who is 86 years old spends 98% time in her room so there is not a lot of company that even utilized the set. My mother visitor goes to her Room. I do not know why I even trusted them at all they don't honor its just absurd.

I was able to look further into your account and saw that under the one-year manufacturing warranty we had our technicians inspect the merchandise and deemed it as normal break in, which is not a manufacturing defect. 

    I see that you have the Furniture Care Protection extended protection plan until 7/18/2026 and I am not showing that any claims have been made through them. If you are still having concerns with your merchandise, you can reach out to them at ************ and they will be able to further assist with the problems that are occurring with the merchandise.     I purchased a leather sectional with three recliners. I also bought the expensive battery so I dont have to worry about plugging it in. The delivery people came and set everything up nicely. The battery worked for 1 1/2 years and now he wont even charge. I called GW, and since I had a warranty, I got the number of the warranty company. The technician came out and said there is nothing more he can do and to contact the battery company. The battery company did absolutely nothing and tried to sell me another battery. They also said I was supposed to unplug the battery every night so it wont drain the battery. No one told me this and I feel that GW shouldve explained this before I bought it. So I contacted GW again just to get someone to come out to hook everything together and Ill plug it into the wall. They said it would cost me $160 for someone to come out. So just be aware that those batteries are not very good and the warranty doesnt cover it. Such a waste of money!!

It is important to regularly charge them, and you can find more specific information about the charging process in the paperwork included with the battery. The frequency of charging depends on the specific battery unit that you have.

    I bought a dining room table set 350 per chair. Not even a year, legs crumbled and pulled away from screws. Can not use chairs. Spoke to GW, before Christmas 2024, paid for and ordered new legs just to be told they are being shipped from over seas and take up to 10 weeks for delivery. So dissatisfied

    I was able to pull up your account using your email address, generally our estimated time of arrival for parts is 8-12 weeks, this is due to ordering our parts straight from the vendor to ensure the quality of the parts. As well as ensuring that the merchandise returns to its factory standard. As soon as the part arrives, we would contact the customer to schedule the part installation. 

    Upon reviewing your account, we found that these parts are currently unavailable from the manufacturer. As a result, we have processed a full refund to the original card used for the purchase.

    I am so disappointed in Gardner White furniture. I moved my furniture and mistakenly stripped the wood on one of the beds. When I called for service because I purchased an almost 200 dollar warranty the technician came out and said this is not covered. When I purchased the warranty the representative said damages were covered. I feel like this is deceptive selling practices. Damages is damages. I will never buy anything else from Gardner White again. They have lost a longtime customer.

    Gardner White's persistent advertising to my home is a Trigger for me. My loved one has been deceased for 10 yrs and each year after persistently requesting Gardner White to stop sending mail to my home, begging for a sale, in his name, they will NOT stop. I've called them every year to no avail. PLEASE STOP!

    Never buy from this company ever! They lied about everything to do with mattress and adjustable base purchase. Said you have 180 days to exchange if not comfortable-find out they charge 25% to exchange-$625 for me plus a pickup charge. Got an adjustable base. Told me it could be attached to my headboard with kit that wasnt included. Bought the kit-didnt work. Find out the base isnt returnable so now have headboard banging into the wall. Called for appt for someone to come back and try again. Waited all day. Called customer service and they said I didnt have an appt. Said a manager would call me-Im still waiting. They dont take back a base ever because its considered bedding even though its all metal. Gardner White is the most dishonest and terrible company.
