    Paid for 2/ AA Deluxe Double Big Book cover with ******** ************* holder online on 11/30/22RECOVERY-WORLD.com Order #***** Each cover was $25.99, I paid total $51.98 by my credit card. On 12/7/22 I contacted them by emailing ****************************************************** asking if my order had been shipped, I was told by someone named ******** on this email, she would check & would get back to me. On 12/15/22 I reached out again stating if they were unable to ship out my order, to just refund my account. On 12/16/2022 ******** emailed me stating She was very sorry about this & would have them reshipped to me priority mail. On 12/21/22 I emailed ******** stating I still hadn't received order, was there a tracking number? On 12/22/22 She responded she was sorry I still hadn't received & provided me with a tracking #**********************. To this day, I haven't received anything. And after researching the tracking number, it was just a label printed off of *********** This company has a ******** page that also contains many other customers complaints on it about this kind of fraudulent activity. All I want is my money back/$51.98. Thank you. Email address I used for this company is *************************************************************** answering my emails is named ********.

    This order has been reshipped PRIORITY mail. I am very sorry this customer did not receive these items before! We have these particular items sent directly from our supplier and it looks like in the chaos of the Christmas season it was somehow overlooked and not shipped. I was unaware that the customer did not receive these items until receiving this complaint. The customer should have these early next week these have already gone to USPS and are on the way to the customer - ********

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18892461, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

    Today I got excited because I received a package from Recovery-World, I had ordered and payed for "2" AA book covers. But the package only contained "1" book cover. I reached out by phone to ******** ** **** *** **** & left a voice message regarding only receiving 1 book cover. I also emailed recoveryworld@comcast.net & info@recoveryworld.com to inform them that I only received 1 book cover, when I paid for 2. I'm hoping that BBB can again assist me in getting what I paid for.
