    Like most of the reviews here I have had issues with the time it takes these guys to ship an order after they have charged your credit card. My last order took a month to ship and it was missing an item. They do reply to emails and chats in a reasonable amount of time but I have called them several times but was never able to get someone on the phone. The big problem is they will take your money but never send a order received email or email you if the item is not in stock. They just wait until the item is back in stock and then send it (which in my last two orders took at least a month.) From reading below, they never take responsibility for their lack of effort to communicate order status. I know they are a family business (they say it every time their is a problem.) I guess that is their canned excuse. It's either their inventory system when down or their dog ate their homework but they are just excuses. I don't think these guys are frauds, I just think they are irresponsible.

    Interstate fraud alert. Be aware, the reviews are real. These guys will take your money for months and make you fight to get it back. They will advertise product they don't have and let you pay for it. Then they won't ship it, and make you do the work to get your own money back two months later. These guys are clearly running a scam to pay their rent with customers payments for product that they don't have.

    I placed an order a week ago and paid in full. The items I ordered were both in stock. They procrastinated almost a week to prepare my order just to say now its out of stock. I go on the website and they have half my items in stock but at a higher price now. The guy I spoke with claims its due to moving but they were only selling online when I made the order. Another time these guys were rude an ignored me when I came in to get my order when I went in store. They are very sketchy and made me feel unwelcome.

    I had a ballest go out on a 1300$ led, not only did they honor the warrant, they sent me an extra ballast for every one of my leds. These guys are great. All the complaints are from impatient people that don't understand a refund can take 10 days to show up and yes some verification has to be done. I've transacted COD , and credit card tens of times for years and never not had a problem solved. I'm also not a large customer. Once you talk to someone your problem will be resolved.

    They collected my money, then canceled the order for non-payment. They send me an invoice on an ACH form using BILL.COM, and it turns out they never had a BILL.COM account. BILL.COM never heard of me, they never heard of GrowGreenMI, and the whole thing was a phishing scam. A sting. They deserve the BBB D- rating they have earned. I bet a class action would have plenty of participants.

    This review is false and misleading.Customer order was flagged for Fraud and our security team refunded the order. As we do with orders that are flagged for fraud we give the customer two options send us a wire from his bank or we will send them a link via bill.com. We have process 100 of ACH a week with Bill.com. This is a third party company that we use so we DO NOT have people routing number or Account numbers added security for the customer. Customer choose not to use the bill.com service that we provided him a link for and this matter was resolved. We appreciate your business and hope your garden does well..

    2022 Tried to buy from GrowGreenMi. Order got cancelled. And now 2023 tried to buy, it got cancelled and one became out of stock and price went up. Feel like they are scammer, dont process and cancel out your order.

    Thanks for your comments we appreciate good feedback and negative feedback. Your order was flagged for fraud and our security team refunded your order which is why it was cancelled and refunded. The world with covid put many new security procedures in place after losing money. Your order was cancelled in 2023 for the same security reason we refunded you and told you how you could pay us. Prices on our web sites called Dank deals are great deals but we only have a limited supply of them and price goes up when that Dank Deal is over. Thanks for your comments we process thousands of orders a week hopefully the happy customer would take the time to write reviews. Hope you have a great garden.

    Ordered a product that did not ship in the time frame they said it would. Called to ask why and the gentleman was very rude and said he would just cancel my order then and immediately issue a refund. 5 days later still no refund called the company and it was extremely difficult to talk to someone willing to help. **** who is very rude and I wanted to fill a complaint about i was told is a manager so nothing would be done. Horrible company, very rude and has horrible customer service. I would advise to make your purchase elsewhere!!

    No customer support! Lie about shipping. Charged me still no refund. I would steer clear of this business. Its only for the greedy big canna business commercial people not the little guys. Spend money elsewhere if possible. Worst company to deal with, as bad as it gets.

We have now listen to customer about not being able to answer all the calls so we added CHAT as a system to work with customer on issues since we can't keep up on the phones. We do respond in 24 hours we are glad your order is now refunded and your made whole. Sorry refunds can't take place in 20 minutes like you would like. We been in business since 2009 and service anyone that grows plants and we like customer that spend $1.00 or $10,000 we are a family owned company working hard to support a community.
