    We purchased a 2021 Fleetwood discovery January 2021. I drove 2 hours from my home to the dealership 6 times and each time the work was not completed. ****************** stated the work needed prior authorization. On every trip for the same problem, service stated the "same work needed prior authorizations. I can except that answer once but not 6 different trips to the service lane over a period of 1 year. In addition NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK.......EVER.

    General RV is committed to addressing the concerns of the customer.   We understand that the customer does not want to return for service since they lived two hours away.  ********************** does have authorization for the dash repair, the fabric is there, and the whistle will need to be readdressed when the coach comes back.  The parts and service department will verify that all warranty parts are at the store. Once confirmed,the **** Service Advisor will reach out to the customer to schedule an appointment at their convenience.  General RV is looking forward to resolving this issue with our customer.

    We purchased a new travel trailer from General RV in *******, ** in June of 2021. We have had several issues with the travel trailer which we have been unable to get resolved. When we first purchased the trailer, we were told it would be ready for pickup the following Saturday, it would cleaned, coated with a protectant, which we paid extra for, and ready to go. We returned the following Saturday to pick it up, and nothing had been done. It was extremely dirty like it had been used. It also had a dent in the slideout. We were assured they would order a new piece and it would be repaired. Eight months later and it still has not been repaired. We have took it in for work and left with items missing and new issues. One was a light cover, which we noticed shortly after leaving but was told we needed to report it before we left the lot. We purchased the King **** system, which was very poorly installed and does not work. There was also no one there to show us how to use the system. We have been unable to get that resolved. We have several warranty items which needs to be repaired as well - an email of items has been sent on several occasions but no one can ever find it. They have continued to tell us we need to set up an appointment and ***************** in for the work instead of waiting for it. We have been hesitant because each time it is there, a new problem happens or something comes up missing. We finally relented and agreed to set up an appointment and take it in. That was almost a month ago and nothing has been done. The service ***** is rude and unwilling to help. I am paying for a new 2021 travel trailer and we have had nothing but problems with this dealer's service ***** and shop. I think I have been very patient, but it is time to take the next steps to get something resolved. I would never recommend this business to anyone. You purchase an RV to enjoy, but have a continuous headache and the only person who cares is the salesman.

    General RV is committed to addressing the concerns of our customers.  General RV understands that waiting to have repairs done is very frustrating.   Once the Manufacturer approves the repairs, the parts is ordered.    The trailer is at the service center, and the Service Manager will address the customers concerns regarding the dent in the slide, wi-fi installation, or other issues at that time.   We look forward to working with the customer to help resolve her concerns and frustration.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, when we were told it was ready for pickup and we went, more issues were found and repairs were not done correctly.  We were assured this would be rectified and correct parts would be ordered.   I will wait for the business to perform all needed actions and, IF it is completed satisfactory, will consider this complaint resolved.
