On July 23, 2024, I purchased a pair of hearing aids from GR ENT. I paid $6,100.00 for this purchase using a credit card. These hearing aids did not take care of my hearing problem even after several re-check / adjustment appointments. The audiologist suggested exchanging them for an updated model. I picked up the updated model pair on September 23, 2024. This started a new 60-day trial / return period. On October 14th, 2024, I returned these hearing aids also for the same reason as before. The audiologist said that since I used a credit card for the purchase it could take up to 30 days to get my refund but that it is usually only a week and a half to two weeks. After 30 days I still had not received my money back. I called GR ENT and spoke to ****. She acknowledged that the hearing aids were returned on October 14th, that the 30 days had passed and that I was due $5,950.00. She also stated that a refund request had been made on October 14th, and that as we were speaking, she made another refund request. **** also said that if I had not received my money in a week to call her back. After the week was up, I called back, I left a voicemail and did not receive a return call. I got this same result after several more calls and voicemails. As of today, December 9th, 2024, it has been 8 weeks since I returned the hearing aids and still no refund.

I am a patient at this facility. I was supposed to have elective surgery on October 30th but the surgical facility (who works with GR ENT) recommended postponing as I was sick with pneumonia. I have called 4x per week since then (going on more than 3 weeks now), have left 4 voicemails for the surgical scheduler to call me back, as well as 2 messages with the front desk who documented the messages on my account. Nobody has called me back and I need to have this surgery done this year. I simply want someone to return my calls.
