    I purchased a refrigerator, gas stove and microwave brand name ** on 11/3/23 from Gerrid Appliance. I paid for delivery and installation and the items were delivered on11/17/23. The technicians said the drawer on the stove was damaged and would be replaced. I was called and a technician came on 12/15/23 and attempted to take the stove drawer area apart and replaced a portion of it. This didnt solve the issue. This scenario occurred again on 1/17/24 and 2/19/24. The issue with my new stove was never resolved and my stove was taken apart, put back together with no resolution to the problem. I called the service department and was told a technician would come out again. I asked to talk to the manager and left a message expressing my disappointment regarding resolution of this issue. I was asked to send pictures/video so he could contact **. That took place on 3/5/24. I heard nothing so called and left a message with the service manager *******. I am tired of the run around. I paid for a new stove and am left with a defective stove six months later despite being reassured I would be taken care of.

    ******'s has been out on multiple occasions trying to correct the issue for *************************** range's storage drawer. The drawer has been replaced as well as all the slides and glides on the drawer and the range under warranty.  The drawer from a top down view continues to stick out a little more on the right side than the left.  Because this is a cosmetic issue, ** will not replace the range.  They are asking us to go out again and call their techline.  We have decided to exchange the range without **'s approval.  We contacted *********************** on Friday May 10th to set-up the exchange date.  We offered to exchange on May 17th, however she will be out of town.  So we agreed on Friday May 24th to do the exchange.  There will be no cost to *********************** for this exchange.  We appreciate her reaching out and look forward to bringing her a new range. We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this has caused.

    Bought a Speed Queen washer/ dryer set back in 2020 and it came with a 7 year warranty and 100% replacement . In July house breaker started blowing in our brand new house(2 years old October). After about a week of figuring it out ( it's the dryer) Called Gerrits ,first available appointment September 21st . Well since then . Fixed twice with the same part and still not working. Thru all this mess, they don't return calls , they don't get someone out who knows the problem , they make promises and pass the buck . I was told it's electrical issues so a new dryer is needed and no call back yet . I have spent 600.oo at the laundromat so far . I have been patient enough .

    Our service manager and a sales person have been in touch with the ************.

    On Friday, our salesman, **** talked with them and we have a replacement dryer scheduled for delivery.

    This issue has been resolved.
