    Ordered merchandise on December 12 from Tasco who I am told they now own. I got acknowledgment of the order but Ive yet to get the product. I have emailed them numerous times as well as called them and have been getting the runaround before and after Christmas. I simply at this point want to cancel the order and get acknowledgment via email that it is indeed canceled so I can order from another company but continue to get the runaround either being told by the same gentleman that answers the phone after ***** minutes they are closed or they are having trouble with their lines and this has been for several weeks.

    ********* purchased 12/23/23 and stopped working in August 2024 under minimal use. Warranty is for 1 year and Bushnell is not honoring warranty. Multiple calls to customer service and emails have not resolved issue.

    I bought a pair of Bushnell Trophy xtreme binoculars 2 months ago from ******* (past the 30 day return window.) They have been used a few times and the eye cup already broke off, with the flimsy plastic inside having cracked. This is amazing to me given that they are heavier than most binoculars and should have sturdier parts. They promise a warranty but do not respond to messages. Maybe I am shouting into the void writing this since it seems they do not respond here either. But, its worth a shot.

    Over the past few years i purchased 9 of their cell phone cameras and started having various issues with the product. I decided go with another brand and canceled my monthly subscription to their cell coverage. Last month they debit my account 9.99 and this week charged me ***** for service I do not have. I've tried numerous times to contact them on phone and keeps saying call time to long and messages full. Tried email and wont take a complete statement. I use a lot of bushnell products and after this bad experience with customer service , it could be my last with all products. I didn't complain about their one product and at a expense to me went with another brand that cost me over *******. I gave my old cameras to a friend and told him having issues with some of the cameras for he might use bushnell services, so ****** me off for them to do such an unethical action. I already contacted my bank to make sure no more charges from them.

    I purchased an Ultra Duty Belt and Ultra Duty Inner Belt from Uncle ***** a subsidiary of Vista Outdoors. I have been trying to reach someone in regards to when my product would be shipped. I have reached out on the contact page twice without receiving any response. The website and the confirmation email state that products ship within 2-5 business days. I waited 3 weeks before contacting someone. You guys even reached out requesting I review the product. How can I review a product I never received. I would just like to receive the products I purchased.

    Sent Two Bushnell scopes In for repair about two months ago. On 9-26 I received a email saying that both scopes were to be replaced under warranty. After a month I tried calling them with no success. I emailed them numerous times With no responce.

    I mailed in 3 Bushnell Trail Cameras Model ******B That I purchased on April 2023 and June 8 2023 that stopped working. They were under a 2 year warranty which Bushnell verified by E-Mail to me that they would replace them. I've tried to get information about this claim # and they have not replied. This case started on 7-29-2024. I've mailed 2 letters to 2 different addresses that are on their business on line information and both were returned to me with a "no such address". What do I do now?

    Bushnell Elite Spotting scope is defective. Have been trying to contact business support for 2 months, and get no response.

    The trail cam I purchased from Bushnell and currently pay a monthly subscription for has not worked since July 27, 2024. Since then I have contacted Bushnell via phone at least 2 to 3 times per week during their open hours and have never been able to get through. Every time I call I get the same voice message that due to call volumes. The queue is closed. I have called at all different times of day and have even used their web form online multiple times. Lastly, I even contacted them through ******** messenger, and have never heard back. I continue to get Billed every month and my camera has not worked since July 27. I am very familiar with Trail Cameras and have tried many different things to fix the problem, but I need support, especially since there is a warranty, and I have continued to pay the monthly fee.
