    Bought a car from them .that they said was rust free and in excellent shape..they spray painted over a bunch of rust...sticker said car had Bluetooth...it doesn't.front end issues as tires are wearing badly on inside.was told someone would get back to me and they avoided my messages...

    Financed a vehicle from here **** called me over the phone saying we accept all credit bad good or no credit everybody gets approved ok so I went in and only had to options to chose from for the $3000 I had down I wanted something different but the people here are so money hungry I couldnt get it but this *************** and ***** were so determined to sell me this vehicle so we took it for a test drive I told **** why does it feel loose and why does the steering shake real bad when you go over bumps he told me oh thats just the street so I thought to myself like no its not the street somethings wrong so he just bring it in well will fix whatever under warranty so I said ok then everything went well I pitched the vehicle from this guy name ******************* is his worker but they were like trying to get the car off on me so I got it a day later the check engine light comes on and I let **** know about that because ***** the owner was out of town so **** tells me theres nothing he can do until scoot gets back ****** back before my warranty I told him the problem brought it in to get fixed I told him that the heat vent blows cold air he said oh they wont fix that or did he mean hes not gonna pay to have it fix just close the vent now Im still under warranty at this time oh and its a 2 week warranty so I told them I wanted my money back no one said anything about this just we will Fix the vehicle so the shop had my car purposely for a whole week which my warranty is still in place so I believe they kept it to bypass the warranty and the car still is not fixed still doing the same thing I told them I was concerned about them I Ask for my vehicle report on what was wrong and what they fixed the shop and place where I got the car refused they told my that they are paid weekly by the shop owner so I can have my report which is non sense they will email it to me so You mean to tell me I have to wait until you pay the car shop off to get my invoice to my car dont sound right

     the armada was sold as it/ came with a 15 day engine and transmission warrnty only

    we fixed the concerns she had for over 1300 to woddys service dept  for good will  we gave her a loner car and she smashed the rear left side bumper 

    again all of her concerns were met and we gave her back her  armada and didnt charge her the 1300 bill  we paid it  and by state law were didnt have to  fix any of her  concerns.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They claim they did 1300 dollars of work I never seen any paperwork for what was done I was told they would have to be paid first by both the dealer and shop also stated heat doesnt work I was told to close the vents we dont fix the heat also I was still under warranty they were dragging their feet because they knew it was gonna expire so they wouldnt have to come out of pocket for any cost and I never hit any ones car or smashed it I never hit anything then says they could of charged me for the repair that we still dont know was done again who knows if they even fixed anything car drove the same way after I got it back how

    Can you take someones hard earned money  and sell them a car that has problems and tell them your not giving them their money back after they told you they didnt want the car I addressed these concerns the same day I got the vehicle also as well as the check engine light is on due to a Evap problem with the vehicle the owner ***** went out of town for a wedding I called serval time and the worker he had helping him and I kept telling me theres nothing he can do until ***** comes from out of town time goes by time goes by a week and a half later hes back in town now the warrant is almost gonna expire also they claim they got the service light out which is I believe is all they did was service the check light and it came back on I took it to have it serviced and was told all problems wrong with it also as well as I still yet have not received my ****** to the vehicle it been 4 months now as well as I stated the heat doesnt work now Im stuck with a car and payments that not worth it because I have to put more way more into servicing it then what I paid put down $3000 a little under and this is how you treat people very money hungry very bad service and experience I wish I would of went with someone because they would of never gotten away with this now stock with a car they have overpriced not worth it had ******* miles on it as well when I bought it
