Atter looking at reviews I met with **** for my consultation. He was great, and answered all my questions. Went on to do the *** procedure. There were a team of about 8 people and everything ran like a Swiss watch. Constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. We had lunch half way through the day. I've done my 6 follow up red ************* treatments. Great job all around! Excited about the progress.

Highly Recommend HRI of Minnesota - I recently had a *************** at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota with Dr. ****** ***** and his exceptional team, and I couldnt be more satisfied. My journey started a couple of months ago with ***** who was incredibly helpful in explaining the entire process, understanding my situation, and working with me to find the best approach that fit my needs. I had *****+ grafts done, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.The clinic was spotless, and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, providing meals, checking in on me regularly, and letting me relax by watching TV during the surgery. They even arranged for my stay at the nearby ************, just a two-minute walk from the clinic, at no extra cost, making the recovery process much easier. Its been 15 days, and everything is healing beautifully. Dr. ***** and his team have followed up consistently to check on my progress, and Im so grateful for their genuine care and expertise. Highly recommended!

I had my procedure about a month ago and everything is healing nicely. I look forward to the hair filling in and I will write a progress report later. Overall it was a very good experience. During the initial appointment I met with Nate. He assessed my situation and explained the options available. Nate provided excellent communication and follow up before and after the procedure. Dr S**** was very thorough. He called me the day before the procedure and explained the process. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable the entire day.

My time at HRI was most pleasant. I felt comfortable with everyone in the office and excited to show my new look to family and friends! Cindy was friendly, professional and made scheduling very easy. She answered all questions knowledgeably. Dr. Nate assessed my hair, explaining why my hair was thing. He explained my condition and what they could do to help me. I am not wealthy and work on a budget. I didn’t expect to have any options available as I had family members have surgeries and other procedures that cost tens of thousands. Surprisingly I learned HRI is not just a one stop place that sends you on your way. They are a program. A team that sticks by you. They provide all your hair needs, including cuts, trims and medical care. I was quite impressed! As was my wife! ??. HRI has very dedicated doctors and staff to help throughout the hair transplant process. I'm a couple of weeks beyond the surgery date and can't wait to see the results progress.

I’m very excited to see my results when all my hair grafts have fully grown, I really like the placement and where the grafts are inserted into my scalps and hairlines. The staffs are also really friendly and them coming in on a Sunday to work on my transplant was super nice of them since I was the only customer for that day.

I am extremely happy with my experience at HRI MN. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and inspire a great deal of confidence. I've never had an elective procedure like this before, but if I had to conjure up what a day at a medical spa might be like, that's what it was. They anticipated every need, question and concern I had throughout the day. They even fed me a delicious lunch! I didn't have any pain. I haven't had any soreness since, and I'm positive that if I follow their post-op instructions to the letter, I'm going to have great results.My consultation with **** was informative and empowering. ******************** was caring and responsive prior to the procedure and throughout. On the day of the procedure, my tech **** couldn't have been more comforting, and he nailed my hairline. The procedure was painless, and I haven't experienced any soreness. ******* and ***** did the placement on my **** graft FUE, and toward the end of the day, when I was starting to get tired of being in the chair, they made it fun! And they made me feel even more prepared for post-op care (which includes complimentary laser treatments). In the days leading up to the procedure, I grew increasingly anxious, but the moment I walked in the door, I was at ease. And since, I've only grown more excited about the months and years ahead. I'm extremely grateful I chose HRI ** to take me on this journey.

I love this place! Not only is the new location beautiful, **** and his staff set the bar high and go above and beyond to make sure every client is comfortable.
