I recently received excellent care from Twin Cities Orthopedics, and Im grateful for the professionalism of their medical team. However, I am disappointed with their billing practices. I was charged $385 for an item that retails for $60-75, a significant markup that feels unreasonable and unjustified. When I reached out to their billing department for clarification, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting this is a recurring issue. This interaction, combined with the excessive pricing, has impacted my trust in their billing practices. I hope this feedback encourages a review of their pricing policies and customer service training.

Not impressed. My foot is not better after 2 visits and much money. They outsource their billing **** and if you dont pay within 10 days of visit - as you are waiting for a bill!!, they start calling you and mailing you and put locks on your account. I have never paid late in my life for medical bills and they make you feel like a criminal. NOT going to this place ever again. Look at all the * RATINGS this TCO places have - I had no idea..

Worst team of Doctors I've had surgery with! ************* and his nasty team. They are fast to want to do surgery. Oh I tore my acl. When you are having problems after surgery and you go into tco for help. I was have horrible sharp pain behind my knee . My calf was hurting me so bad. The nasty Miss ***** will tell you it's suppose to hurt. The only thing she did in that room was pull my knee to check my acl. She is more excited to tell you she was in the room for the surgery. And then tell you you don't need to come back here. You can call me. She will act like you don't want to do pt. When the pain is so bad you demand an mri. They cant even be bothered to call you and tell you the results. I went and picked up the report and then I called there. Only to be told some completely different than the Mri report said. To find out I had a ***** cyst the size of a golf ball that Ruptured. But because they treat ya so nasty they missed it. And then it tells me I have a Lateral meniscus root tear. But I'm told it's frayed. And then when you schedule an appointment with your surgeon. That nasty condescending an Arrogant girl that brings you in the room. Her attitude will let you know that you were talked about before she brings you back. Pls do your homework and find a better team. 7 month later I completely regret letting these ppl touch me! I had to go to a different orthopedics doctor to find out I really did have a torn meniscus. Medical gaslighting? This has completely delayed my recovery. I tore my other acl 15 years ago. I knew it hurt. Everything about this surgery was different. I also had no scope holes. How did you do my acl surgery with no scope holes? Tco will not post my review. I have called and spoke with ********* at TCO about May 3rd. She told me she would get back to me in 30 days. I have called her twice now after the 30 days. She won't return my calls.

It's clear TCO is focused on revenue over patient outcomes. I was upsold throughout every step of a workup and post operation complications. There have been significant code discrepancies, lack of patient education, and misdocumentation. I requested corrections to my health records when the wrong side of the body was documented by multiple departments after years of attempted surgery recovery. The answer I received was that "it's billed the same either way". It took multiple verbal and written requests to get this amended and it was finally done, still short changing the reality of my negative outcome. Insurance still has no record of the procedures performed during 1 of 2 operations. Their objection handling has all been revenue based rather than patient health. How can "top doctors", radiography techs, and physical therapists all misdocument basics such as the wrong side of the body and joints?Inept at best, purposefully misleading at worst.
