            I placed an order online 7/17/2022. The order isnt showing up in my orders. I called customer service where I was told they were going through a system upgrade that was going to take days. I was also told the item would be shipped out on Friday the 22nd. The order was never shipped. Instead my money was refunded on the 23rd. Ive called daily and cant get no where. I tried to reorder but Ill have to pay more as I cant get the discount I was offered when I originally ordered online. I want them to send my item. Its still in stock. And no system upgrade takes days. They simply dont know what the issue is and instead of trying to find someone who does Im just told sorry for the inconvenience you will receive an email with a tracking number today. Please resolve this. So I can get my things.

            this is my order number:US-13095292,i used gift cards buy shoes, but my order had been canceled,then I didnt received new gift cards or reload the amount to the original giftcards,I have contacted them several times, after chatting to inform them about my situation, they said they would get an answer in 3-5 business days, but I didn't wait and I repeated the contact several times
