Purchased a puppy on Dec 17th. She kept the puppy while we had a previously planned engay and the puppy was flown via flight nanny on Dec 30th. We noticed ****** diarrhea and a bright blue string around his tail that would not come off. And the puppy was very uncomfortable when we were trying to inspect it. Jan 3rd we were at our vet. He determined the string was embedded IN his tail. A ***** was submitted to test for parasites. *** insisted the ****** diarrhea was stress from travel. The vet, at the time estimated the string would need to be surgically removed, but it was unclear as the puppy was very small and obviously sick. He was diagnosed with giardia and coccidia and prescribed ********** 1/2 months later, he still has the parasites and still taking meds. On Jsn 17th, vet check. The vet noticed a knot was exposed from the string. The tail, nub was bigger and he was able to use a local anesthesia to remove it. When I sent *** the estimate for string removal, she became irate. I asked her if she wanted to speak to the vet. She refused. She said shed take the puppy back. We was not trying to work this out at all other than saying send the puppy back. I explained an embedded string did not happen quickly, and this was weeks of not noticing. She said shed refund but we did not want to sebdythe puppy back. Later that evening, I posted in a frenchie support group, not mentioning her name, to get advice. The next morning, she sent irate messages saying I was bsdhing them. Which I was not. She created a video, lying in her video saying that I was a difficult custome. Since then, bad breeder advocates have started getting the word out and finding out about the court cases against them. *** accused me of creating pages and making up lies that I messaged her kids and her followers kids. All untrue. Beware of this breeder.

I purchased a puppy from BNF in May of 2023. I had her for 19/20 days until she was so sick, she had to be put down. She spent most of the days i had her in the emergency care hospitals. After traveling way longer then she should have, she came to me infested with parasites. After multiple hospital stays and over 15k in vet bills, she could not be saved. She ended up having her stomach pumped because she couldnt digest food because the infestation was so bad, was oxygen dependent, was septic and tested positive for kennel cough. On top of the 15k in vet bills, i paid $11,700.00 to purchased her. Ultimately i am roughly to 30k out with nothing to show. I kept *** updated along the way when she would be in the hospital and she never messaged me asking how everything was, or checking up on us. When i let her know she passed, she acted like she couldnt believe a vet would say such a thing, but i now know, shes heard those words from other customers many times. I was always very polite and Im extremely easy to deal with. Compassion would of been nice and a decent and acceptable attempt at a solution from bnf could of avoided so much.
