Worst company ever! On April 26, 2021,i looked out my window and something was wrong with my lawn. Went outside and my lawn had been aerated without ever been ordered. An invoice was on my door from Showcase for $204.24. I called Showcase and Gary ***** (sales manager) came out. Said it was a computer glitch ( means someone screwed up) and all customers from the year before were automatically scheduled for an aeration the next spring. I have a sprinkler system and was worried they were run over and would leak. Had two heads replaced the year before so i knew none of them were leaking. Gary wanted to have his guy to come out and inspect the heads. I didn't trust him at this point so i told him i would have my sprinkler guy come out. My guy came out and replaced 14 heads that were leaking and sent me a bill for $423. I sent Gary the bill which he wasn't very pleased about, so he and the owner came out. They said the heads were old and weren't damaged by them so they weren't going to pay. All this was started by them. There was no email a couple days out, there was no call ahead (which everybody does). They could have checked their records from the previous year that would have told their operator that this yard has a sprinkler system. But no, it's my fault because i had my guy instead of theirs inspect the system. I even offered to pay half the bill because i knew they would never pay the whole thing. They're worried more about the money than keeping a customer. The only thing they offered me was a liquid aeration worth approx. $100 according to Mike the owner. I told them i wanted help paying the bill, not a measly $100 aeration that i didn't need. What a cheap company! They left me with a bill that i can't afford to pay. Stay far away!

Hi ****, Thank you for your through review. You are correct we did renew your Spring Aeration from 2021 to the 2022 year. This was our mistake. We did not try to collect payment for that service. You were upset that we may have damaged your irrigation system. I told you we could fire up your system and verify that everything is okay. You said absolutely NOT. You needed to use the company you have used for years. I said that is fine I need to be here when they fire it up and I can witness what if any repairs that need to be done. You did not inform me instead sent me a **** through email. 14 heads, 1 zone line leak. **** (Owner) and I (****) showed up at your house to find out what was going on. 14 heads no damage all heads produced in 2009. We have photos of the heads and build date. You told us to talk to the irrigation company, I did. They told us that the line leak was not from us and that you said replace anything that is leaking.... So that's what they did. Your rotor heads are at least 11 years old assuming they sat on a shelf for 1 year. Your heads were worn out not damaged by us. YOU did not give us the opportunity to be there during the start up to prevent this from escalating to you defaming us on an open public forum with bad information. We wish you the best and truly recommend giving the next person or company that makes an honest mistake the opportunity to make it right and not have unrealistic expectations that you should get $423 in free repairs that have been proven to have not been caused by us 100%. Respectfully,**** Ops Mgr
