I am very disappointed in the service I received at the paradise located on ****************** in ********************. I paid ***** for interior and exterior cleaning. When I drove away I could see my car seats were still filthy, as was my dashboard, cup holders, shifter and the top of my center console. My car keys werent even moved to clean underneath. I attempted to call to discuss the service I received and during my call I was hung up on. The individual that answered my call told me those things werent included in the service to be cleaned. I paid 10 extra dollars to have my rubber mats cleaned and that was the only thing that was clean, What did I pay for? I was not rude nor did I use cross language. I know that I was hung up on because I could hear the receiver being slammed down. My interior winders werent cleaned well either. Please contact me to discuss. Took new ***** equinox car to be cleaned. The driver side mirror was intact when the car started in the wash line. When it came out and onto the dryer floor is was still intact. We went out to the car because it looked complete but the lady driving that side of the car immediately called the manager because the glass of the mirror was hanging loose by the wires. The manager ***** said I had to fix the other one. He couldnt get it into place. That mirror was under a month old because the dealer had to replace it due to a missing chip for lane assist. It was working correctly before this place broke it. ***** the manager pretty much ran us out of the place and refused to take any responsibility. They take no responsibility for any of their employee actions. It will cost $900 but it must be fixed on a leased vehicle.
