  SINCE JAN 2018, THIS BUSINESS HAS BEEN TAKING $30.67 OUT OF MY CHASE BANKING ACCOUNT EACH MONTH. THEY REPORT THAT I OPEND THIS PLAN BUT HAVE ONLY A SIGNATURE THAT IS A COMPUTER SIGNATURE (FONT) TO PROVE IT AND AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME IN ANY MANNER TO CONIFRM THAT I WANTED TO CONTINUE THE PLAN (OR ANYTHING ELSE), NEVER SENT ME PROOF OF PAYMENT, OR AN INSURANCE CARD. EACH TIME I TALK TO THEM, THEY GIVE ME CONFLICTING INFORMATION, FIRST IT'S A DENTAL PLAN, THEN CAR INSURANCE (I HAVE NOT HAVE A CAR SINCE SEPT 2018), THEN HEALTH INSURANCE. EACH PERSON I SPEAK TO TELLS ME IT'S NOT THEIR DEPARTMENTS RESPONSIBILITY AND THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS DO NOT COMMUNICATE SO SINCE RESOLUTION HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE. I AM 63 YEARS OLD.

  We received a cancellation request from ***********************, case number AU01020535. The carrier, ********************* ********************** reviewed the request and approved to cancel and refund as of the effective date January 1, 2018. The refund check in the amount of $2,064.89 was mailed on August 18, 2023 and cashed on August 28, 2023 by ***********************. Thanks

   I am rejecting this response because: EVEN THOUGH IT IS TRUE THAT I WAS REIMBURSED, I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THIS AND I WOULD LIKE TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE. IT WAS A FLUKE THAT I DISCOVERED THEIR DECEPTION. WHAT CAN BE DONE TO HOLD THEM MORE ACCOUNTABLE AND PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE.
