I hired Kevin ****** as my attorney for a civil case. Paid up front and expected a top notch attorney on my case. Kevin did almost no work on my case, 5 months with no communication and then just over an hour before our court hearing he told me that I would need to be prepared for testifying. No prep work, no warning, just setting me up for failure sue to the lack of his prep work on my case. AT the end of the case, waiting for the judges ruling, I have attempted to contact Kevin Numerous times to consult with him about the case and discuss what happened. 3 1/2 months later I have had ZERO response back from him, my attorney. If that is not the definition of a bad attorney, I don't know what is.
